Avalon Castle

We had our wedding reception at Avalon Castle recently and we absolutely loved the experience. The venue is beautiful and the whole team are absolutely amazing! It was raining on the day, but the team ensured that it was still an amazing experience for us. We also loved staying at the venue with our close friends and family for the night. Would highly recommend!

Sarah and I married at Avalon Castle in November this year. The whole process of organising our wedding was not stressful at all thanks to our amazing wedding planner and the team at Avalon. They’re so organised and prompt and helpful with EVERYTHING involved on the day. The venues gardens are beautiful the building has a lot of character and is also beautiful. The couples cottage is huge and is very pretty I’m sad I didn’t get to spend more time in there!
Guest accommodation was perfect and guests said they were very comfortable and happy with their beds/rooms. Overall, cannot fault Avalon Castle and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your wedding!

This place is beautiful. It's such a beautiful vibe, perfect for a wedding whether it is outdoors under the abor with picturesque gardens all round or in the quaint little chaple with stained glass windows.
The reception area is beautiful and the place oozes warmth.
The one gribe I'd have is where the toilets are located very close to where people are sitting eating, and having to walk out past the toilets to have to access the smoking area isn't ideal.
Otherwise, it is a very beautiful place with an old feel that has some perfect photo opportunities.

These guys are absolutely champions! They made our wedding day so special, run as smooth as butter and the process almost stress free. They take care of all the small stuff for your big day that you wouldn't even think of or even consider inconvenient and they do a smashing job!

Beyond friendly, easy to contact and of course, the castle itself is stunning! Couldn't be happier with our choice of location. Couldn't recommend enough

Wonderful scenery and atmosphere, found reception area a bit small and rooms dark and dingy. A brighter colour on the walls would it pick up? Overall though a nice experience

We have just had the most amazing wedding at Avalon Castle. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff are so attentive and helpful. They made the planning process entirely stress free and were phenomenal during the day/evening of our wedding. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Went to my Nephew's wedding Friday 15th Sept and what fantastic venue. Set up was brilliant, staff fantastic and helpful and food to die for. Would recommend venue very highly.

Everything was spectacular - the venue, gardens, accomodations and food!

I especially want to callout how amazing the staff were! From the first visit before we booked, right through the co-ordination on the day of, the staff was incredible! They spared no efforts to accommodate everything we needed. We had the most stress-free wedding planning and wedding-day, thanks to Rhian, Kirsty and the Avalon team in no small part, for making this happen!

We had our wedding here in March 2023 and adored it. The staff were proactive and responsive, the venue was stunning, the food was excellent and the price beat out all its peers. I am so impressed with the quality of Avalon Castle as a wedding venue, and I hope to visit again some day for an anniversary!

Attended my sisters wedding just this weekend @Avalon Castle. The food, atmosphere, services and staff were absolutely stunning. The castle is absolutely amazing and the grounds surrounding it are perfect.

Amazing, unique venue which has lots of options for indoor and outdoor weddings. Staff are super helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for wedding couples. Has tons of great photo options and variety on-site - a real hidden gem.

Had a wonderful experience last night and the happy couple were showcased brilliantly. I am sure the ambience of the Castle venue added to the gothic beauty and the beast themed wedding. Memorable for all the lucky guests invited.

Avalon Castle was the first wedding venue Benny and I stumbled across and after we got to see it in person we instantly fell in love with it. Our wedding was planned in two months and we were worried the short amount of time to plan a wedding was going to be a hard, but the staff were incredibly helpful and the planning process was made very easy with what they provide. They were also extremely flexible and all the staff and waiters on the night were so kind. It was such an amazing prize for how spectacular everything was, it was a night we’ll never forget!
