Have been using these guys for about 4 months now, we 3D print our own parts, their service has been outstanding. If there has been an issue with stock or just asking us about our requirements they have been straight on the phone. You get service like that much these days, keep up the great work.

What incredible customer service. I enquired about a specific product to see when it would be back in stock and they found a product that had luckily become available. I sent emails to AV Mart and a few other vendors enquiring about a Fujitsu ix1600. I wanted to know if they had units in stock and the expected delivery times before I purchased. Davin responded within a few minutes. I still haven't received a response from some of the others.

AV Mart had the best price, I received excellent service, got the unit the next day even though I live on the other side of the country and it was perfect.

I only write reviews if my expectations have been exceeded.

When looking for a hard to find Epson scanner, I was getting no help from other stores (physical and online), including Epson online, for over a month. One query to Davin at AvMart and he came back with specific details from Epson of when stock would be available. He ensured one would be set aside for me. He maintained contact and kept me updated throughout. Within a few days, the scanner arrived at my door.

Very impressed with Davins support at AV mart re a Foscam camera, not purchased from him. Davin offered to contact Foscam on my behalf, resulting in a very favourable outcome in only two working days. Ihad unsuccessfuly tried for almost three weeks, via email for a solution, Foscamaustralia do not have a phone number for contact.
