AUTOPIA TOURS Melbourne reviews
70We had a real bad day with weather. The guide tried as best he could to keep us entertained. Unfortunately the weather was so bad we saw very little of the scenery as the fog was so thick. I was throughly disappointed since it cost us $300.00 and got very few pictures. I got off the bus to try and make the most of it however my husband stayed on the bus most of the stops as he didn't feel there was much to see with the rain and visibility. In my opinion it should have been canceled and money refunded.
Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our driver/guide Chris was the best, informative, fun and a very experienced driver.managing to bring together a group of various ages. Wonderful sights to see and hikes to do all along the way.
It’s a great experience aways from the city. The road along the sea is gorgeous with endless view of the ocean.
Brianna and Carlos were great guides on our trip to exmouth. Thanks for making the long drives fun
Great Ocean Road Day Trip and walk Great Otway National Park:
Toni, driver and guide at the same time, is very competent, friendly, his great knowledge and interest in the nature and history of Australia made the trip very informative and enjoyable. Amazing!
Many thanks
Loved everything about the Great Ocean Road Tour except the music that was played on the bus for the entire 12 hours. I asked the driver to turn it off, but he said the owner was adamant that there should be music playing the whole time: talk radio, 70’s pop and Australian Country Western. Really detracted from my experience of being in glorious nature. Wish I knew this BEFORE I bought the ticket. If I ever take another long bus tour (a big if) I will have to check this out ahead of time.
The trip is fantastic and it covers a few places like the Lake mountain resort, the Steavenson Falls and the Yarra Valley chocolaterie.
Our tour guide Janet is very funny and informative, I personally love the funny stories / jokes that she shared along the trip. Overall I would recommend this day tour to anyone who wishes to explore Melbourne!
What an amazing trip! We had the best three days as a family exploring the National Parks and seeing an array of wildlife. It was an absolute privilege to have Richard as our guide - incredibly knowledgeable, really friendly and so patient with our kids who are 8&9. They left feeling totally inspired by him and the others on our tour, what a great bunch of people! Couldn’t recommend this trip highly enough - a massive bonus if Richard takes you around!
Our tour guide Janet is amazing. She is friendly and funny. Laughter along the whole journey.
This tour is chill and relaxing. Good for family with small kid.
Our tour guide Janet is amazing throughout the tour ~ nice and funny, make the trip more memorable ~
3 day Kakadu and Litchfield tour
Tim and his soundtrack was the perfect backdrop to exploring this incredible place. It was seamless from pick up to drop off. Such a brilliant tour and exploring some of the most beautiful places on earth. Cannot recommend higher
A great day out with a really excellent and knowledgable guide/driver. Ben made the whole experience very interesting and enjoyable. There were plenty of stops, each one offering something to see or do - a brilliant way to get a taste of Kakadu
Really enjoyed our Great Ocean Road tour with Peter! Comfortable coach, fun guide, lots of stops and managed to spot a Koala!
A huge thank you to Maj for taking us on an amazing two day tour of the Great Ocean Road.
Maj was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable (and even let us use her shower in the accommodation due to the mosquitoes in ours)
100% recommend the tour! Seeing koalas, feeding kangaroos and watching the penguin parade were highlights. Maj made sure we had plenty of time at each location to take photos with iconic sights, such as the ‘Great Ocean Road’ sign.
Thank you!:)
Fantastic two day tour run by the lovely and very informative Maj! Couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! We experienced the beautiful ocean road on our first day with yummy food recommendations along the way, I especially loved the award winning ice cream at Apollo bay. Additionally I loved the penguin parade on the second day, watching the little penguins was extremely cute and memorable, something I’ll never forget. All in all I couldn’t recommend autopia tours enough for the well planned schedule and how much we truly were able to fit in, within the two days:)
Had the Great Ocean Road tour with Brit today and I couldn't recommend her enough! She had the best bubbley personality and was super knowledgeable, I'd give her more stars if I could! X
My wife and I booked the Penguin Parade and Koala tour, with Autopia from Williamstown. Our tour guide and driver Daniel was, FANTASTIC! He was very knowledgeable and passionate, not only about the Koalas and Penguins, but also, about Australian wildlife in general. His interaction with all who were in his care, was simply first class.
We had an amazing experience at the Philip Island tour with our tour guide Daniel. The places on the tour are awe inspiring and the animals that we ended up spotting were adorable- penguins, wallabies and koalas! Especially enjoyed Daniel's commentary about history and wildlife of Australia through the way.
Autopia went above and beyond to get us on their tour after ours with another company was cancelled. Jay our tour guide was exceptional in her extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna as well as First Nations culture to country. The people we met and the experiences we encountered was so enjoyable. Stunning sunrises, sunsets and water holes were amazing! The hike was exhausting but well worth it. Thank you to all the crew at Autopia especially Caitlin, Michael, Emily and of course our exceptional tour guide Jay! NT will never be forgotten.
Excellent great ocean road tour. Tour guide Brit was hilarious and very Aussie. Definitely recommend! Take a poncho and umbrella and you’ll be set.
