I recently purchased a new vehicle through Fingo Finance and had the pleasure of dealing with the Sales Manager, Jerome Pervez. Jerome was extremely professional and ensured the whole process was well managed, simple and straight forward for me. I highly recommend both Fingo Finance and Jerome Pervez.

This is the second vehicle which we have organised through Automotive Lease Packaging and we could not be happier with the exceptional service provided by Frazer, Brad and the team. Both vehicles have also been sourced through the same dealership and they are also full of praise for the ALP team and seamless service that they have received. Five stars doesn’t seem high enough so here’s a couple more. She went above and beyond with some difficult constraints (and persisted through multiple lenders) until she got us a novated lease loan approved. Highly recommend them. I'm no longer a customer because the lease is all paid out, but was with them from Sep-2013 on a 3 year lease.

Shopped around a lot and they were the best in terms of both price, and the effort the salesperson went to to ensure I understood how it all works, what the real costs are etc. (I'm from the UK so it was all a bit of a complex minefield for me, where it's easy to not really know what you're actually paying).

Throughout the whole 3 year period they delivered excellent customer service - always answered the phone quickly and always extremely willing to help. I had a specific contact who always remembered me - which I reckon is probably quite rare in companies like this - but even when he wasn't around, whoever answered the main line was always super helpful. They were also extremely helpful when closing out the lease - obviously they wanted to sell me another lease, but weren't pushy about it, and were just as helpful when I told them I'd decided against it.

I'm writing this review now because I just called their mainline as needed details of an insurance claim that was on the policy that was part of my lease, and even though I'm no longer a customer, they were still super helpful.

So, in short, they really deserve this review. Excellent company in a space where I was really worried about getting a bad one. If I lease again I'll definitely go back to them, and would gladly send anyone I know in their direction.
