Automatic Remote Access

My automatic garage door technician has retired and he gave me Automatic Remote Access phone number. My experience with the office lady and field technician Mark is very positive, they are a professional team to deal with from start to finish. Our door is an older tilt style, Mark inspected and lubricated as necessary. It's running smoother now. I give ARA team a thumbs up.

Ally is so helpful when I have problem shutting my garage door. She emailed the instruction and the door was fixed! Her prompt reply has helped our critical circumstances. Thank you Ally.

I recently purchased two additional remotes to replace the old ones that were damaged. The team were very helpful, since I made a mistake while trying to pair them to the motor. Called up the office a couple of times and a technician guided me through the whole process and helped me successfully complete the task. Their attitude and willingness to help were second to none. Thanks guys

Been having trouble with our roller door, we emailed the contact page on their website and ARA had a maintenance guy out the same day, it was a hard job to fix as the ground level is unloved, cabling had come off and the runners were buggered.

But after he had finished it was running better than it was before and nice and smooth so just wanted to say thanks so much.

Rescheduled the appointments a few times. It took almost 3 weeks. Charged $380 just for an additional remote and 5 mins garage door service. I would not recommend it for the garage door service. Terrible service.

After several attempts and many white lies from the insurance contractor I decided to take matters into my own hands and call Anthony at Automatic Remote Access to sort out my garage door issues. A new motor was installed, and the door was later adjusted by David. They managed to fix in a few hours what another company took months to complete. Greatly appreciate your ability to resolve what others could not. Thank you!

Extremely rude office staff, rang them on the previous afternoon, went there 8: 45 in the morning on 20/04/21 and was yelled at for being there early.
For not understating that though they say their open @ 8;30am but they won't be ready till 9: 00am? Please mention wherever you advertise that you are open at 8: 30am but won't be ready till 9: 00am,

This company will charge you more than they originally quote you. Pretty good business model. So add 20% as a safe bet so you're not disappointed. You pay for one repair and are offered a "discounted rate" if you take up their suggestion within the timeframe they decide to offer. Sadly, not only does the price increase after that period, but the product suggested changes when you request that work to get done. Can't wait to use them again. Go elsewhere.

Our apartment block door was damaged by a contractor and after a horrible delay and confusion with first contractor we contacted auto remote access who via Anthony were great took over the job in a very professional way their communication was excellent
Had replacement panels manufactured quickly and here (not overseas which first company said)
They gave us plenty of notice for when work was to start so we could advise residents
Installer turned up on time did a very professional job and explained what he had done
Later same day we had a slight issue with door not closing rang up to explained and were told Daniel would be out same day to check on issue

Given he had several other jobs going that day but he rang and said he was delayed but would be here

He turned up at about 6.30pm fixed door and was very polite and professional he explained what had gone wrong a very simple issue
I would recommend this company very highly to anyone especially owners corporations as our security is very important and this company understand that

I highly recommend ARA. We had a hiccup with integrating the garage door remote into our existing automatic gate. It took a little time to resolve but ARA helped sort everything out and were committed to resolving the problem, even during the Melbourne COVID19 lockdown when things were a little difficult to manage. We love our new garage door.

I had a great experience with ARA, the office lady Kat was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. Michael fitted the new motor for our garage door and all is great. Super customer service! Which can be hard to find! Thank you:)

These guys do a great job, at a great price and are fantastic to deal with, what more could you ask for. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that we are extremely pleased with the final garage door product, which is a credit to ARA and in particular the professionalism and commitment of Anthony, Daniel, the person who installed the garage door (name escapes me) and the two carpenters Andrew and Ben.

The overall quality is fantastic and it looks and runs great. A bit of an engineering masterpiece!

Called to get a measure and quote about 1 week ago. Was advised by the lady that I will receive a call back later that day. No call was returned!
Next day I sent an email from their website requesting a quote. Still no response at all received.
Not a good sign of their customer service. I can only imagine if it was a warranty claim or after they have your deposit.

Had Daniel Just now. Prompt service, very courteous. All our family have garage doors from Automatic Remote Access and anytime we have needed a service etc they have been very prompt with sending someone out to assist us. Highly recommend them.
