Damian was excellent. Unlike other dealerships, honest and not pushy and follows through with everything he said he would. Also makes a good espresso.

I've recently made my first ever big purchase, and spoiled myself with a Mercedes CLA 200. What I initially thought would be a stressful journey, Ian made the whole experience both an easy and enjoyable purchase, and I'm so glad to have had Ian assisting me along the way.

Ian was super professional, highly punctual and responsive, and included me in everything relating to the car. Ian also took the time to check in with me following a few days of having the car, and made sure everything was ok. Just this weekend, Ian was quick to assist for a minor issue I had with AppleCar Play however it fixed itself. Nonetheless, he was there and ready to lend a helping hand.

The car is great and everything we hoped it would be, but better than the car was the level of service we received from Ian. There was never any sales pressure, and once the deal was done the level of follow-up, communication and professionalism was outstanding, and would be the envy of any award winning new car dealer. If Autohaus Prestige has the make and model you are after, it is a waste of time going anywhere else

I have been looking for a car for quiet some time and in between sold and bought another car for my partner. When I liaised with Ian and his garage, they offered astounding service. Previous experiences have been daunting and overwhelming however with Ian it was seamless.

Utterly professional, responsive and organised. I bought a car located in Melbourne while I was in Sydney. Something of a stretch to do it sight unseen and relying on integrity and the Red Book inspection (which itself was really excellent). Rachael from Autohaus Melbourne was a joy to deal with. As was Max on the contractual side. The car is exactly as described. Heartily recommend.

Just wanted to detail my experience with this dealer as I'm somewhat dubious as to the authenticity of so many positive reviews? Having viewed a suitable vehicle online from their website I decided to pay them a visit. On arriving I was met by no-one but could hear staff in the background. It wasn't until I ventured toward the rear of the dealership that one of the 3 staff who were engaged in conversation over what appeared to be sandwiches decided to get up & assist. I pointed out the vehicle of interest & indicated that I would like to know more about its history & take for a test drive. I was told to "slow down" as first I needed to agree on a price? The salesperson went away to calculate this but didn't unlock the vehicle so that I could see inside while I waited. After about 5 mins.he returned with a price & I indicated it was in the vicinity of what I wanted to spend along with advising him that I had 3 similar vehicles to view that day & my thoughts about the asking price would be based on how it drove, condition, history etc etc. He insisted that the price was non-negotiable & pointed out I would like the way the vehicle drove. A little arrogant but I played along to see where this would lead. I indicated again, the price was in the vicinity of what I wanted to pay, wanted to know more about the vehicle & test drive it. He went away leaving me standing by the locked vehicle only to return with a cheaper price? So much for being non-negotiable! For the third time I agreed this was in the vicinity however need to know more & take it for a drive. I was then told they operated by appointment only & would need to book in a time for a test drive at a more convenient time. He noted I was local so this should not be a problem, how considerate! The vehicle was never presented to me, unlocked for viewing, not discussed in any other way except for price & that it had a petrol engine. As far as I could tell they were opened for business, I was the only customer & there appeared to be 3 other staff onsite. What a truly frustrating & bewildering approach in comparison to every other dealership I had visited in the past week? I left feeling suspicious about the 5-star reviews & their vehicles. I’m giving them 2 stars as at least floor looked clean.
