Went in store today To be told that the ad that I received on my phone and email oh was not true What do you say in the ads and what is an actual store even when you check it out at store Prices are absolutely bogus Price for the no dress that I had online Which according to them I could pick up in store was not in the store nor was it even that price if it wasn't the store absolutely disgusted will not be coming back to this That was also 5 of us at the register Felt really sorry for the sales person as I had no idea what to do due to the company Miss leading advertisement and she had to deal with it

Trudy and Kath are great. Trudy always makes you feel great about yourself and always has time for us. We used to shop at the Cranbourne shop but have swapped to Karingal because its fun and the girls are always happy to help with anything. And Trudy told us rayon and viscose is derived from wood pulp so its a natural fibre. Who would have guessed. She also gave me a great recipe for eggplant chilli pasta. Could spend hours here.

Went in to get a dress for Christmas Day and there's a new lady there with a scarf on her head who was helping an old lady actually try the clothes on told her to take her time as she was obviously not well was very patient and beautiful with the old lady and was also helping a lady with her young teenage daughter with Down Syndrome who is being a bit difficult but was very happy in the end when the lady found her two things she loved. The lady also helped me get two dresses two skirts two tops and two necklaces all for about $260 I'm ecstatic. Ill be a regular now

Autograph doesn't have the style I like currently.something to do with the buyer. Colours are dull and uninteresting and the overall look has changed from current to dowdy over the last few years.
