5Autograph Epping (Vic) you seriously need to look at the staff you employ. Tonight whilst in store I watched Georgie (store manager) speak to Zoe (staff member) in the most disgusting/disrespectful way. Georgie did not care that there were customers in the store she just continued to belittle Zoe. Once Georgie and other staff member left the store poor Zoe burst into tears, and constantly apologised to myself and other customer in store at the time. I left my details with Zoe or they are included in review should you wish to discuss. It was bullying at the highest level and no one deserves to work under those conditions.

Wow what an experience I have had. Norma and Zoe are amazing. Brought in a heap of clothes to return/exchange and due to an error in the online ordering, it caused massive problems. Norma and Zoe were so helpful and patient. They helped me call customer care (which are next to useless) and finally got everything sorted.
They spent over an hour helping me deal with a problem they didn’t create and were professional and friendly the whole time. Massive thank you to them both. They are both amazing people. I appreciate you both for your understanding and amazing customer service.
As for Ana in customer care. She was as helpful as a fart in a paper bag.
