Autobarn Traralgon

Traralgon Autobarn got me sorted with a new audio head unit, speakers and reverse camera for my old Patrol. Professionally installed by Geoff at the Autobarn fitting site. Great team to deal with, polite, friendly and job done to very high standard.

Brett and his team did a great job at helping me out with a range of products. When we encountered some challenges, they resolved them in a professional way with an excellent temperament. I would be confident to recommend the business to anyone.

Came in Easter Saturday to have a headlight bulb replaced, was told they were simply too busy with their sale and refused to assist despite it being an advertised service they offered and one that I had used previously. Walked right next door to SuperCheap Auto and they had it done in less than ten minutes, no complaints, even despite the fact that it was raining.

Needed new windscreen wipers. Walked in asked Brent for help and he was fantastic. Went out got the wiper blades off car came in put on new blades measured them up and put them back on the car for us. No fuss just good ol fashioned great customer service

I returned a product this morning. Recieved a full refund no probs. The staff in this Traralgon store are excellent.

Great atmosphere and service. The upgrades have increased the stick levels and now there seems to be more to chose from.

I've got to say, I don't know what Brent is getting paid but that guy needs a pay rise. We were picking up a caravan today and had the wrong sort of connection. We called up Autobarn and the advice that we got was sensational. We went down there and there was a bit of work that needed to be done to get us sorted and he wet above and beyond for us to get the job done. The staff were friendly as well as knowledgeable and I know that if I lived in the area, my experience today would have been enough to make a loyal regular. A genuine 'thanks and give him a raise! '

They destroyed a set of wiper blades at no cost to me to try to match my 1955 tbird, which they then managed to find, awesome service

I love coming here for all my car needs, nothing is ever too much trouble, and I always feel respected even though I don't know the first thing about cars. This week I dealt with Damien and he was so kind and helpful! Great team!

This is one of my favorite places. The staff are helpful and friendly and if it's not in stock they can get it for you. Delivery is fast. And prices are very good too. Has my approval.

Since Burson's takeover not the same can't put my finger on it but prices have gone up a bit and doesn't have the family feel about it anymore.

8 August 2021 - It was Covid-19 lockdown so i used click and collect, they made it easy to order but it wasn't clear where to pick up the item because there was a notice on the door not to come it. Maybe there should have been a bell on the door.anyway I was about to ring the shop when someone came out saying can she help. Yeah give me the click and collect.

I went to buy some in-line car fuses and wanted to get something around 1-2 amps, the in-line holder was 10amp and I was after a glass fuse around 1-2 amps, i'm not sure whether they are technically trained.i had to ask for help because i forgot my glasses. It was my first time in the store and I would like to go back to this store in favour of one up the road! Since going back several times it's now my favourite car parts store!
