Very Clean outside and even better inside. The team members greet you as you enter the store and also ask if you know what you are after and if you would like help or if you would prefer to walk around by yourself for a little while and they would check in on you after a few minutes.
The service was excellent, and the team members' knowledge was a testament to their training.
I was so happy that when I returned home, I jumped online and joined their loyalty program as I decided this is a business I would enjoy using frequently.
Highly recommend this business to anyone.

Came in and asked for an FM transmitter, guy at the register let me behind just to have a closer look. Chose one out, tested, perfect audio. Extremely happy with the customer service and product quality. Top job mates

If you need roof racks, go see Ryan at pakenham autobarn. They guy is an absolute legend, and knows his stuff inside out. He just sourced all the parts for roofracks on a hatchback corolla, and was able to collect on the same day. As well as being cheaper than roofracks superstore!

I have to say over the years i lost alot of respect and faith in thus Brand!
I can say that my trust has been restored by only the amazing David and another staff member can't remember his name at this branch.
We have been treated soo badly and rudely over the years at narre Warren it's nice to get some staff who care for my needs.

This is one of the few franchisee business is left in Victoria and you can tell the difference when you go here compared to at company owned store

Been there a few times now and always get great help. Today topped it off. New car stereo fitted - a week early, fantastic - and then detailed demonstration on how to use it follow up by making sure my phone paired, working and every thing else - GPS etc.was working. In a time when customer service is dead and people shrug their shoulders, tell you to order it on line and walk away, what a refreshing uplifting encounter today. Thank you Luke for top class service. Brilliant!
