Autobarn Opposite Lock Frankston

My boyfriend and I came in looking for a new head unit for my Volkswagen. Spoke with the installer and he was amazing! So so helpful and approachable! Great advice and left happy

Had a stero installed, reverse camera to be installed as part of the package, and a front and rear camera.

Arrived they did not install a new camera for reversing as I was told they were able to use the old one as it was just as good? Asked for the reverse camera that came with the stereo, I felt like it was a massive issue, and they gave it to me under protest. Then, I checked the recipient. I was charged $130 for the rear reverse camera installation, but they did not install it?

Did not feel staff would be receptive to me wanting some money back as they don't seem that interested in giving me the camera I had paid for.

I was helped by Cody who works there and he went above and beyond to help fix my issue by coming outside and did all the work in my car coolant hose. I'm so happy with his efforts I couldn't get a better person at the time. I would recommend this man and store to anyone who asked

I had such a pleasant experience at the Frankston store. It was close to closing time and they didn’t have the product that I needed but were so accomodating a came up with solution to get me back on the road. Brendan and the team went above and beyond and can’t be happier

I just received the BEST service from Wilson and Cody at Autobarn Frankston today! I had four new tyres fitted by Jax Tyres yesterday, and didn't realise until today that two of the hubcaps hadn't been put back on! With Jax closed on a Sunday (and the other two hubcaps quite old and scratched), I made an executive decision to get four new hubcaps from Autobarn. Wilson and Cody were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and were happy to go the extra mile and fit the hubcaps on the spot for me. Nothing was too much trouble for these young men, and they are to be commended on their top-notch efforts and attitude. Thank you!

Took the Xtrail there for new wiper blades, Brendan was incredibly helpfull, helped select and instal for me. Outstanding customer service!

Brendon did an amazing job changing my H7 lights i couldn't manage to get it done myself. He was friendly, knowledgable and very respectful. He talked me through the tricky process for future light bulb changes.

Needed new windscreen wipers, Riley came outside in the wet and with a minimum of fuss swapped them in a flash, great service guys!

I bought a electronic key for my BA falcon I was assisted by Mark who gave excellent customer service one for older workers

Had a check oil light appear. Went to Autobarn after suggestions to go there from another rival automotive retailer. Had the engine oil checked and topped up (as it was low). Staff there are happy to assist.

I visited Autobarn Frankston last week as I needed my windscreen wipers replaced. The guy that served me came out to my car and removed my old ones and replaced with them with the new ones he helped me purchase. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service provided by Dean and Brendan on 29/8/22 when they helped with my daughter’s wiper blade which was broken and also helped with buying the right stuff to secure the new number plates after her previous number plate was stolen. These guys are awesome

“I went to check car battery condition. They said my battery is dead and need to change the battery. They showed me few options to buy battery. I said I will take the supercharged battery with 40 months warranty which seems to a good deal. Other guy came and said the battery is sold and took the battery. No manners. And said there is non left. I said I will check super cheap. Went there. They said let’s check your battery first. When they check battery was perfect no issues at all. Only needed to be fully charged asked me drop the battery and they will charge for free. What a rip off auto barn. Never going there again. Hope this message goes to manager.

Dean was fantastic great service helping me put a new headlight globe in. He worked in the rain to get the job done, nothing was to hard for him, Dean was very happy to help, I highly recommend Dean.
