Had a few scratches on the mudguard of my Isuzu Mux, so visited Auto N Paint Supplies and received exceptional service. They inspected the vehicle and consequently provided a tailormade spray can and appropriate grade wet and dry emery. The end result was amazing, very hard to distinguish between existing paintwork and new. Very pleased with the result - well done to all concerned.

Great customer service. I needed to fix some damage to my van which I had been quoted $1000 by a repairer to do. Thanks to the advice I got here I was able to fix it myself for around $35.

These people are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I bought one item from them through the post, which arrived having a problem because of being posted. They were totally understanding. I had taken photos of the problem as proof, but David graciously and professionally accepted my word and honorably refunded the cost without needing to see the pics. Although packed well, they were not only honourable, they were very open to my suggestions for perhaps improving slightly the packing to prevent my problem reoccurring in future. I highly recommend these people. Thanks guys, and girls.

Not only are they always too busy to give advice but they would rather chat with their mate who just walked in the door intead of serving the customers waiting.

As a backyard hobbyist painter, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dave a few times over the last couple of years and cannot fault his service. He's always been happy to give experienced advice and guidance. Most recently placed an order during COVID-19 lockdown and he bent over backwards to get my order sorted despite difficulties with suppliers and general lockdown logistics nightmares. Highly recommended.

Me and my fiance live quite a while away, roughly an hour.
I've been wanting a mini air compressor for some time now and Australia have very low quantities. I found an item on eBay that comes directly from their store but it seems as though the picture did not match the description. It was very old and he almost charged us $150 for an air compressor that has
no information on psi. There item on eBay said $120 free shipping but unfortunately that's not true.

Horrible customer service and did not care about what my fiance had to say.

Waste of time.

I was happy with the first time they mixed paint, however I went back for more and was made to feel like it was my fault I didn’t order more or tell them to keep records of the mixture. To me that’s where customer service comes into play.

After the paint was mixed, Dave didn’t seem to care if the paint was close even though it was clear it was off.
I painted my parts and could see the difference and then had to waste more paint re doing other parts to match.

Also the first round cans felt under filled. Second batch was fine.

They provide nothing but the best service! So many options at amazing prices with great discounts! They will mix just about any color too!
