Exceptional Customer Service was experienced at this store. Ical was the one who assisted us with our never ending enquiries. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Hubby and I came into store just to look.and walked our spending over $200 purely becuase the customer service was next level! Super engaging, very entertaining and genuine. All staff on between 11-11: 30am should be commended for their work ethic and attention to detail. Special shout out to Jonah, Tony and Caroline, keep up the amazing work!

I often shop at converse and this time around was the best experience I've had there in a long time. Credit to Cameron for the service he offered from start to finish! He went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed for myself and kids. He also spoke with Derrick from southwarf who had a size shoe I needed and it was no issue putting it aside for me to pick up the next day. Derrick the next day was just as great to deal with! This level of service is next to non existent these days. Awesome job guys!

Best service I have received from any store! I was present shopping for a friend and I had no idea what to get but Molly was so lovely and helpful in finding exactly what I needed despite it being a busy Saturday. She went the extra mile to help out, thank you! The other staff were very lovely too. Highly recommend!

Today i was served at your Essendon DFO store by a lovely young lady named Olga.
She was super polite, helpful and very honest which i truly appreciate as there is nothing worse than being pushed into a sale.
I tried on some shoes and she provived me with genuine opinions about what colour matched me and my personality better!
I ended up walking out with two pairs and a smile on my face as its not everyday you get served by young team that have the beautiful nature and work ethic that she does.
I myself work in retail and i wanted to say a huge thankyou for your service Olga your managers should be very proud of you.

Been to a few Converse stores and this store by far has been the best. We were assisted by Sarah and Derrick who were amazing. The shoes I wanted wasn’t available so Derrick (brilliant Manager BTW) made sure I got them delivered ASAP, and so it did!
Being in retail management myself I must say this store was well presented, well run and at the top of their game.
If any converse store deserves praise, raise and recognition it’s this team!

Would just like to share my customer experiece from last Thursday at your Essendon DFO store. The staff from the minute my daughter & myself walked into the store to when we walked out made us feel like we were the only customers in the shop. A huge thank you to Cameron and the two ladies that were working that day. Customer service like this is hard to find these days and Management should be very proud with these team members. Best customer service I've ever received. All staff are highly friendly, helpful, knowledgable and good to chat to! Hannah, in particular is a very down to earth staff member who assisted me with making the right purchase and ensured I had a good customer experience. I have only positive feedback to say from shopping here and I could see how well the staff get along. I will definitely be returning back for future purchases.
