We were completely ignored by 4 staff, asked one for help, he wasn’t interested in helping, couldn’t get away quick enough. I was interested in purchasing a pair of shoes but couldn’t get served

We were served by Laura and Josh who were absolutely outstanding with their patience, humour and exceptional product knowledge. It was lovely to "converse" with them. Thanks, Fay & J

I always love coming to this store and finding a new pair of shoes to get but sadly the store isn't as big as what it used to be and their shoe section isn't as big either anymore but I still enjoy coming here to have a look around

I succumbed to pester power and bowed to my daughters will and entered this shop. It was not long before she had tried on most of the styles. In the end my mind was captured by an overwhelming power that convinced me to purchase a pair of platform converse. See photos - shoes purchased. Daughter happy. Dad dazed… highly recommended

I own 23 pairs of Converse - that’s probably enough said haha. I have always had good service at this outlet and I like the variety they have and the clearance section. I’m tall so I have large feet (womens 13) and I can always count on Converse, I literally wear them every day to work. They’re always comfy from the first wear and I love the look of them. They also have a customisation and repair service now which I am SUPER excited to try at some point - and I also think it’s a fantastic environmental point. Looking forward to getting some of my damaged pairs repaired.

Super friendly staff! The stock is great, both in models and sizes. Although the prices themselves are not necessarily cheaper, there are always sales and deals that make it a great shopping option.

Absolutely recommend this store. We are visiting Converse regularly and after our Nunawanding store was closed we needed to find a new place. We spent 2 hours looking for many products for our family and the Staff couldn't be more patient and helpful! Thank you Sheri, Josh and Laura for making this shopping experience so pleasant Packing and preparing over 30 units for our family was definately a challenge, but you managed it like legends that you are!

The staffs here are really warm and kind people. I'm happy to have a good day thanks to them.

Extremely good customer service, hats off. Its my first time experience 5 years in Australia, a staff took time to find my correct shoe size as my size seems to differ with each brand.if I am buying a converse this is a place I would always go

Very good Nike store with friendly and very helpful staff. I was helped very quickly even though the store was crowded. If you're looking for running shoes you are at the right place.

I never thought I'd be excited to be in a god damn shoe shop but this was a shoe based wonderland. I cant wait to go back and get me a second pair. The shoexperts were very helpful indeed. I'm sorry for this dumb review but somebody next to me is waffling on really loudly about a story he is writing and boy oh boy we only need a synopsis. It's about wizards.

Great staff, and a great range of Converse shoes with a good deal on the price (2 pair for $150). I can't think of any way to improve this store.

Good product variety.
Staff not as helpful as they could be, lack of interaction with the customer. Plenty of staff on today but no one engaging with the customer.
Generally spend over a 1k a year at this venue. Would have spent more today, but due to lack of service, its probably better to just purchase online from now on.
