Nicole and her team have provided a detailed and meticulous experience right from discussion around pathways to finally getting the PR approved. I have been using their services since 2020 and have never been disappointed. A big kudos and all the best to AVIE for the future.

I first had a case manager who couldn’t even get my name right.
Then I had a change of circumstance and my second case manager took over 2 months to realize to tell me it could drastically affect my whole case.
Now I can’t get them to answer a simple plain English question of how this change of circumstance will affect my application. I’ve asked 5 times now and so has my wife.
I wonder how many hoops I’m going to have to jump to get a response? Maybe making it public will warrant me a response since email and making my payments in time is not enough?
Wouldn’t recommend such delicate process to this company never. Poor communication skills, as well as poor time management and unable to handle customer relationships.
Awful experience.

Update: After posting this review I “coincidently” received an email with a response where I was accused of missing out on a response that apparently had been sent out “previously”. Note so response was 3 lines and considerably non clear to the point where my Australian wife and I had to keep asking 5 times over and just then got a response. And even then, got blamed and made to feel stupid as if we were the ones who had missed out and unable to understand. So yeah, amazing customer service and problem solving skills.
