Worst traffic control company I've worked for yet.
Sent me to one job. Call me to tell me I'm needed at a car accident.
Got to car accident. (1hr away)
Call me to tell me I wasn't supposed to be there.
Drive back to first job.
First job has finished.
I get told it's my fault, I shouldn't have left and I won't be getting paid.
Over 2 hours of driving and it's my fault as well?
Resigned on the spot.

Simon, Traffic comtroller on the Bass Highway / Sassafrass road works is doing a great job. Long lines of traffic. But he still had a smile and wave at the end of a long day. 5pm

Young girls holding signs not even looking at traffic to protect the workers. On phones or distracted doing something else eg playing with hair or clothes. Instead of getting females for how they look and cheap wages, how about employing staff that can protect the workers on the roads properly and direct traffic. School crossing staff do a better job protecting the public. This is a big risk for the workers and more in depth courses need to be held before these young girls have this responsibility. How about employing experienced people or older people and pay the extra wage to protect the workers and public. BUSINESSES need to FIND A BETTER CONTRACT for their workers. Keep our workers and the public safe!

Suggest management jumps on YouTube channel "Dash Cam Owners Australia" and watch video Weekly Submissions November Week 3 dated 23/11/23, and watch how one of your drivers almost kills a cyclist who has a green light to cross at a pedestrian/cyclist crossing. Timestamp 25: 08.

If I could give them a zero I would, theysuck, they think they hold the same authority as police but are more corrupt, 18/5/21 I was driving home down Corrigan Road around 5pm, and witnessed them speeding in a 60 zone and being rude by cutting me off.

Monash covid center ATC traffic Maneger Who has no respect on people. So rude on ppl and she think is the boss. Very poor service

The staff deployed at the Tulip Festival are a recipe for disaster. Utterly incompetent and rude with a lack of understanding of the situation. Allowing cars to queue up on a main road by shutting down visibly empty carparks and then directing patrons to park dangerously on the curb. I'd suggest organisations seeking traffic control operators to look elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful management. The height of incompetence at the Tulip Festival in Monbulk. Staff closed carparks that were visibly empty. Definitely in need of training.

I am extremely frustrated that there was a planned outage in our street today for the 15th time this is a ongoing occurrence in our street.
I am a hairdresser running a busy business from home and every time we receive a letter text email from AUSNET and ATC notifying that the power will be turned off between 8: 30 AM to 4 PM I have to cancel my day of clients which is my income that I am loosing not only have you done this before but it was confirmed yesterday that it was still going ahead even though the weather conditions were very clear to everyone.
I woke up this morning to no traffic controllers and power being on I had to go on AUSNETS website to find out that it had been canceled but no one notified us.
So once again I have lost a days income because of your mistake I am furious and once again disgusted this is disgraceful behavior and it needs to be fixed if I have to cancel a days worth of clients again because of yours and AUSNETS petty mistake i will take this further, it would inconvenient and financially debilitating if any of you lost a days work because of someone’s mistake and not even notifying the street that it was happening in this is constantly happening and you need to be checked as this is completely unprofessional and after the last 2 years regarding Covid small businesses are suffering constantly I am very unhappy once again!

They're contracted by department of DHHS Vic to offer traffic control at COVID collection centres in Victoria. All their staff members lack sense of professionalism, and are racist, screaming and threatening to throw patients out of their COVID test collection centres in Clayton and

Frankston. What a disgraced company!

ATC staff at South Melbourne Covid testing site are incompetent at their jobs. They did not manage traffic properly. During our wait to get in to the site, we witnessed many near accidents due to their horrible management of traffic; with people honking constantly because everyone was confused with their traffic redirections. We had someone cut into our lane and we let a staff member know. She told us there was nothing she could do about it with a very condescending attitude and proceeded to walk off only to start playing with her phone. Five minutes later, another two cars cut ahead of us and the ATC staff are nowhere to be seen.

Was literally the second car in line today at the Cheltenham site (Moorabbin Airport). The Traffic Controller's are completely incompetent of doing their jobs, as they had let 200+ cars infront of me who arrived after i did. (one and a half hours waiting to get in after arriving second at the place, literally) Disgraceful service, do not use ATC for traffic control

The staff at South Melbourne COVID testing centre are rude and incompetent at traffic management. They allowed numerous cars to cut the line when many people have been waiting for over an hour.
On top of that, I have seen cars almost getting into collision due to the incompetent traffic management (the staff were seen visibilly walking away from the area to avoid confrontation)

Dissapointing trafic management by ATC at covid 19 test facility in Monash University.no first in first out system. I was admitted after some people that came to the line 1 hr after me.no one was responsible for this mismanagement. Really rubbish management.

I have worked in and trained workers in the construction industry and what happened today at the drive through COVID testing site at 400 Cheltenham Rd Keysborough was outright dangerous. Safe stopping gaps exist for a reason and yet the workers were attempting to direct people to unsafe stopping distances. Most refused, however others did as directed leaving no room for error for them or the car in front. I spoke up, I called management and Brendan Woods the Managing Director abused me and felt that it was ok to sling insults at me, most of which were misogynistic. The Photo's I took will now be referred to Vic roads. The traffic controllers put the Drs and Nurses working at this site and all people driving through to an unneccessary risk of injury. Brendan, clearly I am not the only complaint as you suggested according to the most recent reviews here.

We had a complain on a site with ATC staff and they very unprofessional. They do not care about customers. Manager who's works there does whatever she wants and don't care about any rules. Other ppl also not working. Just chatting somewhere and that's it. Very poor service

Their employees seem to think they are race car drivers. Just got cut off by one of the utes on Belgrave hallam road, he was doing atleast 100kph in a 80 zone. And went up the service lane to get in. If I didn't slam my brakes on, he would have ended up in the guard rail. Gutless losers. Stay away
