Awful agency, the person who took my information was extremely rude. Firstly, they don't send the email to have your data, and when you visit the office, they reluctantly collect it, responding impolitely and giving you hostile looks. Afterwards, they inform you that they will input your data into the system, but they don't because they fail to send the email they promised. As a result, your information isn't even entered into the system. They are severely lacking in terms of human interaction.

ASA is very professional at what they do. I have been working for ASA since 2016. They are quick to respond and are there for you when you have any questions. I highly recommend this agency and I can guarantee they will help you find work fast.

Terrible with organisation and communication, any communication errors they make they try to blame you for, you will be having to constantly chase them up and do their work for them, not worth the hassle

I joined in this agency 1.5years ago. Im a student when ever i call them to ask about availability of work they say they are quite if they get any work they will call but they never. I used to call them frequently but they are not at all responsible. They ignore students. If you are a student better dont join this consultancy. Ull be ignored!

Where do I begin! Rebecca you ARE a morning person.always bright and happy and always asking how I was going on our last project. Did a 3 weeks project through ASA. The agents were really helpful, joyful and responsive. They made sure everything was organised and that they were always there when we needed them. Awesome team work. The rate that was offered was also okay.
Only downside is that I have not heard anything from them since then, no feedback aswel (not that I need another project or job from them as I do have a fulltime job now). And it would have been nice to receive a feedback email regarding the project.
