ASN Richmond is a great store for all your workout needs. The staff here are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to have a more detailed chat about your specific needs and direct you to the right Product. They have a wide range of products to suit everyone and they all seem great quality. The few times I've been I've not been disappointed and they've helped me. Do recommend

Went into the ASN richmond store today and was served by a very knowledgeable and helpful girl. She addressed all my questions and put me on the right track to my weight loss journey. I definitely will be back! Great customer service and product knowledge.

Did the Body Composition test there, its not worth it the reports were astronomical, had to check it with a dietician and did my Skin fold testing both the results weren't even close. $30 for body composition is a total waste try doing DXA scan or Skin fold test.

I highly recommend Getback Richmond to anyone suffering neck or back pain. The program has achieved positive results for me, whereas other treatments I tried had little to no lasting impact. It is a slow and steady process, but the results are there, and worth everything to me. I am gradually increasing my strength and mobility and seeing substantial decreases in pain levels. The staff are highly competent, friendly, and well connected to experts in the field.

Went in here to get my body scan. Guys were really friendly and explained me results of my scan step by step. In the end i got a copy of that, with a leaflet helping me in reading it properly. They invited me to a recovery seminar as i told them i am an active gym person. They didn't push my buying staff as usually other ppl do. Will definetly go back for my second scan in a month time!

Doesn’t actually open until 8 on Thursdays. Arrived at 7: 20 and it was closed (stupidly drove for 20 mins to get here too)

Absolutely fantastic store, full of all the best quality products available. I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Liz who is a very knowledgeable and educated individual in terms of her product knowledge and also experience inside the gym, as she is an absolute rig. Got some great advice which I have since implemented into my training and have seen some amazing results. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The manager at the store, Mitch, is an extremely helpful and knowledgable guy. He looks like a unit and could lift the whole store by the looks of it.
