UPDATE: The ‘manager’ lied about providing a refund. The refund never reached my account.
I sent an email asking when the payment was processed - and was ignored. Typical for this horrible experience and service. What do you expect?

WARNING: Terrible experience. The environment can get toxic, when you try to convey your feelings about the treatment. Please be advised that there are better options out there.

The worst place for beauty services. The technicians are insensitive and insincere. Won’t consider your point of view, defensive, rude. Downright impossible to state your own opinions on the treatments performed on your own body. I should be able to say what I want and what I don’t want. But not here. Not a ‘safe place’ for people, to voice your requests or be understood in any way.

I was made to feel like a fool for even coming here.

One appointment, I was asked to apply for and spend $5000, by getting a loan on ZipPay to pay for multiple services. Luckily I didn’t go through. Others may have been manipulated and have not been so lucky.

One appointment, I even cried at the clinic after a terrible encounter with a technician.

Please avoid this place, and spend your money elsewhere. There are better services out there.

Great service every-time! Antonia is the best technician at the clinic. Very thorough, informative and gentle. Superstar! I’d give her more stars if I could.

Have been going to this clinic for several months and the experience has been great with the staff being so kind every time I come for my appointment. I have seen an improvement and would recommend anyone to come.

Appalling customer service & workplace discrimination!

I came to this clinic for skin treatment as an acne patient, and the deceiving team recommended Microdermabrasion. At the time I didn’t know any better, but I’ve now learnt that this treatment exacerbates acne and causes scarring; verified by bachelor-qualified dermal clinicians from another clinic. This place worsened my skin and caused severe scarring and now I realise why. They scarred me to get me onto their other treatments (Microneedling & Fractional RF) to con more money off me. I even tried Fractional RF and the technician spread acne bacteria all over my face and I unfortunately experienced an adverse reaction. Yet the team didn’t even care, they just deflected the blame onto me because I’m a teenager, when really they were being negligent. The clinic should be in massive trouble as I also didn’t receive a consent form for treatment.

Moreover, a while ago I was offered a job by the owner, George, to become an ambassador for the clinic. He asked me to attend an interview with him. He then dumps all this negativity on me mentioning he wouldn’t hire anyone who has acne, (I was suffering from acne at the time) saying “it doesn’t look good for the business. ” He then rudely tells me “you need to get your skin under control. ” Yes these were his exact words. Pure discrimination! It just goes to show that this clinic does not care about their clients, they’re simply money-hungry and all about hitting sales targets. The bosses even tell off their staff when they’re not making enough sales, yet they pretentiously put on a fake reputation to keep scamming their clients. Whenever there are customers at the reception desk the owners Chris and George are the first to show up and convince them to buy their dodgy services, but as soon as there’s a complaint from a client being mistreated they’re nowhere to be found.

Chris, George and the team need to be held accountable for how they’ve treated me. They exploited my acne case to scam me for money. They deliberately advised the wrong treatment in order to scar my skin. They spread acne bacteria on my face and made everything worse, and continuously refuse to admit they’ve been out of line. Do not trust this clinic, they do not care about their clients at all, and especially acne sufferers, they’re after your money! This place is my biggest regret!

When it was the same girl that I spoke over the phone. It's not the first time I had to travel from Craigieburn only to be turned back

Jenifer was so lovely and welcoming during my first visit. She was extremely informative about the laser treatments and options specific to what I preferred. I was very satisfied and looking forward to regular appointments!

Found the staff to be friendly but all young and I felt lacking experience, no doctor or senior staff present. Payed a premium amount for Botox to my forehead and surrounds to stop squinting, but very poor result. When I phoned 6 weeks later to let them know I wasn’t satisfied I was told to make an appointment to have even more Botox. Cha Ching Cha Ching $$$ won’t be returning!
