Unhygienic staff who obviously don't understand basic hygiene

I have walked past multiple times and have seen a girl in royal blue scrubs sneeze in the open air with or without using her hands to cover her nose and mouth

I highly doubt she goes and washes her hands or sanitizers the desk she sneezed over

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I have been coming here for years now and all the staff are lovely. Just recently i have seen Brittany and she has been absolutely amazing! She is so helpful and is so passionate about what she does. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to my family & friends.

I was looking at the brochures out the front and I noticed the young girl behind the counter wearing dark blue scrubs answer her mobile phone and ignore me. That is rude and I have taken my business elsewhere.

My wife booked me in for laser treatment with the clinic and was pleasantly surprised by the results and staffs professionalism. They made me feel very comfortable and talked me through every step. Would highly recommended!

The nurse is so professional and fantastic to talk to and the girls who treat my daughters are so lovely and helpful always. HIGHLY recommend this clinic to others.

I have tried a few different laser clinics over the years, and Aus skin clinics in Plenty Valley is my go to! Excellent service; very thorough, friendly staff and they are always doing great packages.

Horrible service from Brittany, i wanted to buy a package and she offended me by saying i had old skin. I know I am 60 years old but no way should you ever talk like that to a customer. Rudeness doesn't get you anywhere young lady

As i walked past I noticed all the girls working at the front desk were on their mobile phones.
People these days are rarely ever seen without their mobile phone in hand.

Hard to believe the managers are paying people to stand around and be on their phones.

I wouldn't be paying them.

I recommend this place for laser hair removal treatment and other beauty related services.

I wasnt goin to put a review up until I saw customers praising her.
I was on loud speaker while my friend made the call and the nurse made sneering and disrespectful comments towards my friend.

Do not recommend this clinic or the nurse named brittany.

I came into ASC and I was served by Brittany at the counter. She was really professional and helpful with finding the right products for my skin type. Would highly recommend!

I’m a tradesman and my skin was always overlooked. So glad my girlfriend recommended that I start treatments here. Since starting my skin is so clear. The girls are so helpful and always have the time for me. Recommend it to all my mates.

Mi misses went in looking for products for her face and she walked really cut cos all the girls workin ignored her they must have something better to do on there phones there was 2 girls in light blue and 1 in dark blue uniform
