Highly recommended Sahar. Her experience and knowledge has made my skin so much improved. I used to have extremely oily skin &, my pores are so much better. Overall it looks even and fresher. The only thing for me, i still require more treatments, it gets very expensive for an average person. I will be happy if the pricing can go a little bit lower.

Not satisfied with the costumer service. I felt pressured to buy a products that I never requested and after saying twice that I didn't need them I was still told that I needed them after the post laser treatment. Said yes to one not happy just so I can leave the shop. Came back after 15 mins and I was told that they didn't get my card to pay. Which is very poor customer service. They should listen to the customer so they can happily come back and recommend

I had a very good experience…. The staffs are very friendly I had my rf treatment which I found very progressive for my facial texture… Especially the therapist named Sahar, she is absolute legend, she is so friendly and kind and she is a superstar in her profession…. I have been a long term client with Australian Skin Clinics Northland and throughout my experience with the team they have been professional, welcoming and a joy to be treated by such great people. I have had laser hair removal, LED therapy and meso needling in which all have exceeded my goals and expectations. I’d like to say a huge thank you to the lovely and wizard of laser/ skin world Sahar who has done all my treatments with such care and professionalism. Always smiling, having a laugh and providing endless education during laser/ skin treatments and post care! An amazing person. I would highly recommend starting or continuing your laser/ skin journey here!

The service itself was great BUT when I tried to RESCHEDULE my appointment due to the fact i just gotten my period on the day, they told me i will lose the paid session completely. If there was a cancelation fee i’d understand but to lose ALL of the money i used to pre-booked the session?

They told me i can still do the session with sanitary pads but doing laser on your period hurts a lot more than usual and when i tried to explain, the customer service just didnt care at all and only care about the money.

Moreover if there is such policy they shouldve informed me BEFORE i pre-booked my session. Sometimes emergency happens and clearly they dont care.

I wont be pre booking anything here anymore or even going back here.

I am very happy with Australian skin clinic Northland. Sahar is my therapist and must admire that she is excellent in her job be it any service. Me and my husband have been getting high performance microdermabrasion done with her. She is very systematic, proffessional in her work and from start to finish she has put both of us at ease. Her guidance to any skin therapy/treatment is very useful. She is very kindhearted and respectful of her clients and also an awesome human. I will highly recommended her to anyone and she is a valuable asset to Australian skin clinic.

I would also like an opportunity to write a few words about Tracy who is also a therapist there. She is not my therapist but i have come accross her at front reception many times. She is a kind person and her sparkling energy just converts the atmosphere into positivity. She is so patient with the people and her communication is just magical that it just eases you and she never runs after time. She is excellent in taking care of people and their needs so well.she is also an asset to Australian skin clinic.

The only drawback here is that their booking system is not userfriendly and complicated. Last time my husband and me booked time with Sahar but when we both turned up for an appointment my husband was given some other therapist despite of repeatedly confirming Sahar with them. Anyhow Sahar rectified this thanks to her. Australian skin clinic please rectify your booking system so that clients don't face problems like this despite the appointment taken well in advance and also my therapist confirmed many times.

I got my Express Microdermabraison treatment at Australian Skin Clinic Northland this weekend. My therapist was Sahar.

This being my 3rd microdermabraison ever, I was put at ease by Sahar who explained to me the end to end process and also showed me the current status of my skin. Post the 20 min session, my skin felt loose and soft and weightless. She put me at ease post the session and also provided me how I need to take care of my skin and what she would be doing to improve my skin.

Sahar is very professional in her way of working and knows her job. She is fun loving, kind hearted and respectful of the clients needs.

I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for any treatments to call Sahar and make an appointment.

On a side note - I would like to say a few words about Tracy who is not my therapist, but is another therapist there, and her communication, energy and kindness are her true assets.

Overall - both these therapists (Sahar & Tracy) are valuable assets to Australian Skin Clinics.

One feedback for improvement is - the booking system needs to be upgraded so that the right information and booking is received by the clients and there should not be any chances for confusion.

I came into the store and had anti wrinkle injections on the 14th of November 2021. I was really happy with my consultation and the girl (who I won’t name because she was really sweet and I appreciate how informative she was about the service) I went ahead and got my anti wrinkle injections and paid my $375 or what ever it was. 4 weeks go by and I notice getting more movement in my forehead where I had the injections and found it completely bizzare because as far as I knew a month was way too early for this to even happen. I rang on the 23rd of December just after 5weeks later as I noticed it wasn’t right and notified them, I was asked to come in but unfortunately could only get in on the 2nd of jan which was fine. I was assessed (as well as my mother who got hers done the day before me and experienced the same thing) and she confirmed it was a little unusual. However top ups were going to be charged (totally unfair). I was suppose to be contacted on the 22nd of this month to chat with the manager about not being charged for a top up when this has unfairly happened. I’ve since gotten in contact with the manager at the northland store myself and was asked to give photos of myself and my mum and I would be contacted the day after, which never happened. I have since called the store and told them to not worry about it I’m feeling as there’s no real interest to address the problem at hand. Given this experience i would highly not recommend coming here and that’s just my opinion based on my experience, I’m sure it doesn’t happen to everyone.

Let me just start off by saying if it wasn't for my therapist Sahar I would never of thought of going back to do laser again after going through bad experiences in other places. Sahar from day one was so professional and positive this is my third session with her and I am so happy with the results. The best part she ensures your ok always makes sure you are comfortable very easy and friendly to talk to. I hope the rest of my sessions will go well i do just want to point out for the others on when booking appointments that could be worked on more
