Had a laser appointment today with a new technician. Her name is Arya. She was so lovely. She was extremely thorough and asked me lots of questions to best give me the service I required. Her knowledge and skills were amazing. Would highly recommend Arya.

I've had a number of different injectables done with Julie, being anti wrinkles and dermal fillers. Julie does a wonderful job and she also goes out of her way to explain the procedure to you. She's also super gentle. She is happy to answer any questions you have regarding any services they offer, So if you are unsure if a certain procedure is the right option for you Julie will be able to give her opinion on if that's something you need or any alternatives you should consider.otherwise you can't go wrong if you go to knox city australian skin clinics because the staff there are excellent to go see as they are really polite and make you feel comfortable and relaxed.and if you keep your eyes open, they have some amazing deals and packages throughout the year, so try and snatch your self up a bargain.you won't regret it.best place ever. I went there couple of times now with my mum. We always come home with positive and happy results all thanks to Julie! Shes the one you should go to, so kind and approachable explaining things so thoroughly with every treatment. She will always follow up to check how we’re feeling, and if we’re happy with the result. I have been coming to Australian Skin Clinics for Laser Hair Removal and have had excellent results! My clinician Arya has been great through this process and very accommodating!

Rating one star because of the following points below after my session here. Used to come here all the time then moved interstate

-when someone says don’t consent to photos for advertising or staff training, photos SHOULD not taken (were still taken even after I said no)
-when someone is given a trainee staff member, should be told so, took 45min for a 20 min procedure
-told trainee I was having laser for 8 years INCLUDING knox clinic, but still went ahead and did the lower setting and I didn’t feel anything so basically wasted money as I was getting regrowth after not being able to laser for couple months

I have given a 5 star review because my therapist Ludmila was a stand out. She was so professional and went above and beyond to ensure I comfortable and happy with the treatment throughout my whole appointment

I went to the Knox store to book an appointment for microdermabrasion.when I asked the counter lady regarding the treatment she just replies me I don't know about it". When I went to the appointment I had issues with lack of information.staff do not have enough knowledge. Please do find a different clinic and save your money and the skin.

Received a phone call from Christine
yesterday saying I was not able to go to my appointment when I had already received an email confirmation. No proper explanation was given, therefore I requested to speak to the manger Soul and was told she would call back. I received no phone call from the manager. After this frustrating experience, I sent an email to reception asking them to refund my deposit via PayID and heard nothing back. If this is how Australian Skin Clinics treat their valued customers they don’t deserve to be in business. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for some answers and my deposit to be refunded! Very poor customer service!
