Australian Skin Clinics Fountain Gate

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I was quoted $489 at time of booking but then after my procedure I was charged $749. When i later checked their online prices. What I was charged is not on their online price list. So i feel even more ripped off. I was then told this is because the girls taking bookings don't know the prices. How is that the customers fault? Maybe give the staff appropriate training. I asked for a price and was given one, and that price should be honoured, especially because i was charged a price that is listed no where for the procedure i had. I am so angry and will not be returning because I feel this is false advertising. They give you a price to get your business and then charge anything they want later. Very bad customer relations, in my opinion. I will be warning everyone i know about their dodgy dealings. I really feel like contacting fair trading. I feel cheated and ripped off!

I’ve been going to ASC at fountain gate for over a year now and they are fantastic. The girls are all lovely, extremely welcoming and the clinic is so spotless. Highly recommended for any skin or cosmetic treatments.

I have been going here for almost a year. I see Constance and she is amazing. She does my botox and filler under my eyes. She is friendly and informative! Makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job every time!

Parneet is the lady who does all my treatments. She is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She makes me feel comfortable when I’m in her hands.

Everytime I have my appointments with Shelby she always makes me feel comfortable and has opened my eyes to how to take care of my skin properly. I definitely recommend her for all your skin care needs.

The treatments and skin care products they offer are really working with my skin and the staff is highly professional specially Shelby she is directing me for proper skin care and also very very friendly. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't recommend this clinic requires a $50 deposit be made in order to book a free consult which is a requirement before being able to make a booking for the services they offer.
Better off getting a free consult at Laser clinics Australia located in the same shopping centre that doesn't charge a booking fee for a free consult.

I get laser hair removal and dermatology skin care with Australian Skin Clinics and they have been nothing but kind, gentle and helpful! My laser hair removal results have been outstanding and the dermatology care has always left me feeling like a goddess. Thank you ASC Fountain Gate!

I've been going to Australian Skin Clinics in Fountain Gate for about a year now and I have found their clinic to have the best pricing and service available. I was fortunate enough to be assigned an outstanding laser therapist, Katia. Katia is exceptionally kind, beautiful, and down to earth. She takes extreme care in the cleanliness of the clinic and practices diligently the company’s policies & processes. I know this as I cheekily requested her to increase the laser setting prematurely, which as she explained, with a smile, due to safety reasons and protocol it was best to follow the correct procedure to avoid any possible injury. Katia is attentive to detail, both in her laser work and her personal rapport-building skills. It has been extremely easy for me to feel relaxed and comfortable during each procedure. I highly recommend this clinic, and if the rest of their staff are like Katia you are guaranteed to have an outstanding experience. 10/10

I had such a pleasant experience when getting my lips done by Jolene. Also the receptionist Tha was really lovely upon arrival and was so informative of all my questions. She made sure I was comfortable and was just overall amazing client experience.

MONEY HUNGERS AND FRANKLY UNPROFESSIONAL
These people are the worst ever. They are racist and rude. They take lots of money and do the worst job ever. When you ask for a nice treatment, they simply reply rudely. They keep you waiting for ages, but when you come late 1 minute they ask you to come back after two weeks, and when you discuss and ask for the manager to speak to they simply ignore you and talk to other customers. Honestly, I never seen a customer service as ugly and rude as theirs. I don’t recommend them for any one. If you want a good treatment and service, look for other companies. There are plenty around that provide much better service and treatment than theirs.
