I have been getting laser hair removal sessions for 2 months with Jamilah at emporium and its is going great, I love how she gives me advises about skin care in every appointment, that's so thoughtful of her. The staff are nice as well and I really recommend this clinic.

STUNNING SERVICE by Elizabeth!

I've had my second session for my RF treatments with Elizabeth. I was recommended to see Elizabeth for my RF treatments from my two other friends who spent years with her. She is absolutely knowledgeble, detailed work with correct precedures with extra information on home care and other skin treatments to boost my results. She even gave me a ring to make sure my skins are doing alright. She's so friendly, making sure that you are feeling comfortable and entertained when it could an awkward and boring 1 hr session.

My skin concerns are minor acne marks, pigmentation and enlarged pores. I already saw visible improvement from the first session and I'm so excited to see how far it can go.

I'm extremely excited and confident to continue getting my facial treatments with Elizabeth and I can't recommend her more than this!

I have been seeing Meredith here for a few years now. It started with my lips, then I added Botox, and finally cheek filler just this year.
It was by chance I got Meredith for my first ever lip appointment and I feel SO lucky.
Everytime I come I look forward to her calming voice telling me “small pain your going great” over and over while she injects. It’s honestly so damn calming and reassuring.
She has never tried to sell anything to me or push procedures, and more than once has told me that is enough lip filler. The fact that she is honest about it makes me trust her so much.
As someone who is a bit odd and has serious social anxiety, she has never made me feel weird or anxious.
Honestly if your considering any filler go to her.

Also the general vibe and staff of this place is equally excellent. Always very nice and easy to deal with: D

After an unexpected reaction from treatment she help me recover everything and give me a lot of useful advice and consultation. I am so lucky to have her help me. Guys look for Liz！

I always have a great experience whenever I go to ASC Emporium. The girls are very helpful and friendly over the phone and in person. Jordy, in particular, has been absolutely wonderful. I have low pain tolerance so I don't know what magic she uses but my sessions with her are always enjoyable. A real asset to ASC, keep up the awesome work J!

Normally I don't really write reviews but I popped into this branch to get pricing for my girlfriend, and I know nothing about laser services. Cecilia was amazing at breaking down their services and pricing for me, this way I didn't get scolded when I went home to relay the information. She is amazingly nice and helpful! I definitely recommend speaking with her and using their services!:)

I had super terrible experience in this branch twice because of jordy.
When i asked her name in the store, She even told me that she is the manager with super unfriendly and rude attitude (i asked another local staff inside, apparently jordy is lying, she is not even the manager). And she told me that it doesn't matter to her if i report her to the manager's Email or not since she is the manager. (Can you imagine she talk to the client with this kind of attitude?)
If the straightforward opinion is not important for this branch anymore, how could they improve the service?

Extreme a waste of 1200 dollars in this branch due to her poor service.

First, unprofessional. I believe the clinic is supposed to provide excellent and knowledgeable consulting. When I first visited the qv branch, she was the one who served us. I was demonstrating to her my skin concern. And inquired as to which treatment would be more appropriate for me. She was unable to present me with a comprehensive consulting to my skin condition. The staff in the Chadstone branch or other clinic performed far better than this branch (jordy).

All she did was act like "Oh, purchase this, purchase that. Whichever skin package you wish to purchase is entirely up to you " Then what's the purpose of consulting? I went there with a group of pals. The remaining two friends opted not to purchase the procedure following her unprofessional consultation.

Second, she is not only unprofessional when it comes to consulting, but also when it comes to facial treatment. When she performed the fractional rf on both my friends and me, she did not adequately apply the nomb cream.

The entire treatment was excruciatingly PAINFUL especially in some areas where she didnt apply the nomb cream! Furthermore, the needle must go through the skin for A PROPER TIME for the fractional rf to work. I double-checked this with other clinic staff about this.

Unfortunately, Jordy did it in a super hurry and ROUGH way. Even the act of cleansing my face irritates my skin. Not gentle at all. It gives me the impression that she is more concerned with completing the work asap than with providing the client with the proper facial treatment.

After just one session with her, I immediately changed the persons who would be doing my facial treatments for the rest of my appointments. My other friend and I did the rf skin treatment together. My healthcare provider is far more patient and kind. She took about an hour to complete the rf treatment, whereas Jordy only took around 35 minutes to complete my friend's rf treatment.

And! Extremely hostile demeanour. She kicked me TWICE outside the clinic.

When I first arrived to the clinic, no one was sitting inside or using the chair. She instructed me to wait outside due to government obligations WITH A VERY RUDE AND IMPOLITE ATTITUDE. Sure, I recognise the significance of social distance. I waited outside for 50 minutes despite the fact that no one was seated inside.
However, the second time I had my face treatment, there were two people sit inside. She approached me and told me I couldn't sit inside with my irritating attitude. Then, just one minute later, another girl entered the store and sat?

Why didn't Jordy stick to the social distance rule then? And just let people sit inside at random? There is a double standard. Anyway it's fine. I will still wait outside. My point is her ATTITUDE. There are so many nice and friendly way for you to talk to your client, i don't expect this kind of inpatient tone and attitude

I've been a old customer in ASC for five years, but I'm no longer going because of Jordy. Guys Why spend your money and have someone so unprofessional perform your skin treatment when there are so many skin clinics in Melbourne?

Emma who at the front desk is very nice, she answered my questions patiently, when I called for advice and booking. I had micro treatment. Therapist Beibei is good, the skin projects are worthful.

Cecilia is very helpful, friendly, cheerful. She's very organized and quick with every planning. 5 stars for the service! Thank you!

I have been their client for almost 2 years for my laser hair removal and highly recommend them. Staff is highly trained and technology is top class. Majority of their staff members listen to clients and assist accordingly. I recently got my treatment done by HANG (5 stars ***** To her), she was amazing! Read my file before hand and knew what exactly needs to be done.
