Mia’s customer service was wonderful and the overall experience almost made me fall asleep. Mia was very funny in between conversations and was very relatable. Over the actual skin care this place was my first dermatologist but gave good results after each appointment clearing up my skin. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that cares about their skin

I had an incredible experience at Australian Skin Clinic Chadstone. It was my first time and the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that instantly put me at ease. I came in for a skin treatment and Mia H was the absolute best. Mia H’s attention to detail and personalized approach made me feel like I was in great hand. Not only did she address my concerns, but she also took the time to educate me about my skin and the steps I can take to maintain its health in the long run.

I usually don’t write these reviews, but the service was outstanding, I couldn’t help it. Bong was professional and well educated in her field. She outlined what was causing my break outs and recommended me the right products to suit my skin goals. I couldn’t be more thankful for her and the team.

I have been going to Australian skin clinic at chadstone for 8 years having had anti wrinkle injections, laser for broken capillaries and most recently Cryodefine on my stomach. I cannot stress highly enough that this team goes over and above to deliver results. I highly recommend them to everyone as they will be able to make you a better version of yourself each and every visit. This is a review to assist all the customers that are naive with purchasing skin treatments.

I purchased a pigmentation package that included 4 treatments (mask, peel and 2 mesoneedling treatments) and 2 skin observ analyses. The skin therapist that suggested this package was nice and wasn't pushy at all, and as I wanted to get some pigmentation spots removed from my face, I decided to just go for it, as I am terrible with my home daily skincare routine and wanted a quick fix. The package price was $799 (for me it's a lot of money) and it came with a free travel vit B serum (it's definitely travel size, like 15ml) and a full size vit C serum. They then tell me that upon purchasing this package, I should buy this Ultraceuticals skin brightening serum (that costs $160!) to help prep my skin so I would get better results. I said I'll think about it and didn't purchase it at that time as I wanted to shop around. Already from the end of this transaction, it felt a bit dodgy and I hadn't even started my treatments yet.

During all the treatments, the skin therapists were nice and friendly, no issues there. There were a few late starts to the appointments, but I understood this to be due to the fast food (they call it 'express') nature of this place - skin therapists having to serve customers at the front in between their already full appointment schedule, or appointments that were delayed and back logging other appointments. My main issue was with the treatment room, and the quality of the treatment package I purchased. Firstly, the treatment room has that cheap harsh fluorescent lighting, so when you're getting a treatment done, even though my eyes are closed, the light is still bright and uncomfortable. Maybe this is similar in most skin clinics, but I found it quite lacking and cheap as a customer. Secondly, with the treatment package, it included 2 Observ Skin Analysis consultations. This involves taking a photo of your face with a special camera. I ended up only getting 1 analysis done at the start. The therapist seemed to have forgotten the second analysis on my last visit, but I didn't bother to remind them as I didn't think the photos provided much value (not sure if we could even keep a copy of these photos for ourselves). With the actual skin treatments, did they work? Only time will tell I guess.

Overall, I think I was a sucker for thinking that these treatments could make a difference to my skin. The marketing definitely won this time, and I'm sure with more regular ongoing treatments, there may be some benefit, but be prepared to spend money in the 1000's. Also, given how busy this place is, don't expect a comfortable experience (ie delayed appointments, harsh lighting, and potential added expenses on top of the original package price.)

Also, I could be wrong here, but there are so many 5 star reviews in the last 48 hours. Just calling out what I see, but something doesn't seem right.

I’ve been choosing the ASC as my monthly facial treatment and laser removal for the last 2 years and have always had a excellent experience. I have done micro needling, fractional RF and meso needling in treating my open pores and acne with nurse Myni, her excellent and professional service have been offer me with delicate and super effective experiences in every single treatment! Made me feel comfortable and satisfied with all my skin outcomes~ could not recommend Myni more for a desirable result!

I had laser done at the chadstone store by Bong and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and talked me through what to expect. Thanks girl can't wait for my next appointment

I have had the best experience and great service from Liz, I’m a regular client here and have been repeatedly going back and seeing Liz for my treatments. Liz is so friendly and experienced, I Highly recommend going and getting your treatments done by her.
