My experience with with Broadmeadows Australian skin clinics is overall lovely what keeps me coming back to this clinic is the way they treat clients in particular Fay who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy throughout and after the process i cannot thank her enough!

I’m back again with another good review! These girls are amazing! The smile they welcome you with, to the professional and genuine advices they give. I would say they are not after money as much as caring for what is the best for you. I had Fai couple of times for laser treatment she makes sure to take care of every single detail that you might have concerns about, and would feel comfortable to share your concerns as if talking to a sister, Cyntia is so gentle in making sure you won’t get hurt all the time. Also would care about the details carefully.
Leanne is confident enough to make you trust the process and she is what she implies! Caring for everything

Very sceptical with regards to “Bro-tox”, but let me tell you, 15 years younger!
Very happy with my results, and felt safe and secure with Veronika’s wealth of knowledge with injecting. Great service, and rebooked another appointment as soon as I was done. Get on it fellas.

This is the 3rd laser clinic i have tried and the only one that has worked.
The results are amazing and the girls there are so lovely, Aisha always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.

I don’t mind this clinic but one concern is the hygiene. When I had skin needling (fractional RF), the therapist put gloves on but then touched everything- the cupboard, the computer screen, the device, the tap, the door handle, the needles, then she rest her gloved hand on my face during the treatment. Also when I’ve had needling at other clinics, they cleanse then use isopropyl as a precaution as they are about to create open wounds, but here they only cleanse. I’d like to come back and find the hygiene practices have improved, the last thing you want is a staph infection. I saw another review mention being rushed and I had the same happen the last time which is another reason I haven’t returned. It didn’t happen the first couple visits, makes me wonder if the staff had been told to spend less time with clients. Other than these things, the staff are friendly.

I've been to heaps of laser clinic before but nothing beats the service I get here from Cyntia she's really amazing sweet if you need to upgrade take my word and ask for Cyntia:)

I got the best experience at ASC! I’m very thankful for Mariam who did my O2 oxygen medi-facial. She was very professional and was also so kind and friendly. She explained each step briefly while also answering my questions. After a much needed TLC, I walked out feeling totally refreshed and glowed up!

They never pick up the phone and it you go walking they always says that they are fully booked.
There were two staff on reception and the room was empty but they were fully booked

One of the best clinics i have been to for a while, never disappoints. Also had a recent treatment with leanne she was amazing, took her time with everything and made me feel very comfortable! Definitely rebooked and looking forward to my next app.

Staff members are very friendly and kind. Furthermore, they will follow up with your progress after the first laser appointment. They will also call and remind you of your next appointment time which I find it useful. I find their laser treatment almost pain free. Impeccable service.

Probably the best skin clinic in Melbourne! Leanne was an amazing technician who explained the procedures and discussed the best options for my skin. 100% would recommend this place!

I recently got a micro facial done with Leanne and it was honestly the best one I have received. My skin was left feeling so smooth and Leanne knew exactly what she was doing throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back.

Went into the Broadmeadows clinic and was met with the loveliest of employees with big smiles on their faces. I had a face treatment by one of the technicians who was very kindv, helpful and knowledgeable about all things good for your skin. Definitely one of the better skin clinics to visit.
