I would love to share my extraordinary experience I had with Gaby at Australian Skin Clinics Highpoint. First I came for a skin review. She helped me to choose products for my skin, advised on am/pm routine which I found very useful and gave recommendations on other options available for my skin condition (rosacea, enlarged pores and dehydrated skin).
I was very pleased with Gaby’s professional knowledge and lovely personality and decided to do Light Therapy Clear MediFacial, peels and Lumixa treatments at their clinic. I am very happy with the result, I can see improvement of my skin condition: it looks less red, well hydrated and glowing. I would definitely recommend to see Gaby, you will feel very well looked after.

I’ve booked at Laser Clinics Australia but got confused with Skin Australia Clinics, I got there for my appointment and said to the girl at the desk that I have a booking for Wendy at 1: 45, they told me to go have a sit and wait so I waited and waited. 2 people came before me got to go inside I looked at time and it was 2: 30 I walked up to the desk and ask the girl how long do I have to wait, now it’s a different girl she checked and said I didn’t have any appointment with them then I realised I went to the wrong clinic. BUT they didn’t say ANYTHING even though there were 3 girls at the desk saw me sitting there for literally 40 minutes, no one came and ask why I was there or what time is my appointment! So I missed my appointment for the other clinic. My fault for walking into the wrong clinic but at least check for your client’s appointments before telling anyone to sit down, also they didn’t apologise or anything, girls there seems quite young, not nice and friendly.

I am happy with the services provided by Australian Skin Clinics at Highpoint. I have been a regular customer and have been very satisfied with the friendly, helpful staffs and their services. Vivian was amazing and always made my experience very pleasant. Highly recommend Vivian and the Highpoint team!

I love this place coz they cater to all skin types (yes even us black women)! Honestly it’s such a quick and easy service with them. Vivian is an angel? Really knows how to calm you down and before you know it, she is done.

Vivian at Australian Laser Clinic Highpoint is literally the best laser technician I have ever had. Her professionalism and bubbly personality made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole experience. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received at Australian skin clinic at high point.
I was booked in for a treatment and told on arrival that my legal vaccine exemption from my treating Australian doctor was not acceptable as they are not interested in offering their services to anyone who is not double vaccinated.
Please help to stop this injustice in our once beautiful country.
I have a condition that causes vaccine proximate seizures due to previous vaccine injury. My exemption states clearly that I should not receive further vaccinations.
This unjust discrimination is actually completely illegal under the Australian Human Rights commission, although these businesses are some how avoiding the consequences of blatant inequity.
Please bypass businesses such as the Australian Skin clinic if you agree that bigotry should not be acceptable under any circumstances.
Can we all agree that these companies need to be stopped?

Shopping today I thought I would go in here and ask about filler treatment prices. I asked for this area on the side of my lips how much approximately in price. I also said I understand there are different fillers so I understand prices vary. She said I’m not a nurse I do not know the price. I said so you don’t have a price list she said no. Another girl came to the reception and she said it depends what type you use so I said I understand that but every one has a price lists starting from. They said sorry we don’t. I said so no price list? She said no I left. Before you tell people no you don’t have a price list maybe refer people to the website or make more of an effort as there is clearly a price list online. Approximate pricing and trying to schedule a consultation would be good instead of we don’t have one which I find weak and if my business I would not be happy. It felt like it was a no and that’s it like it or leave it. You have lots of competition so I suggest a bit more knowledge at the front counter which is the first point of contact and also a representation of the company and business. Not impressed!
I wont be back! !
