I applied my working visa, and then PR through the help of ASM. Theyre very helpful, and always quick to reply to emails. 4 years later, I emailed them to ask a question regrading my visa. They replied straightaway. Would absolutely recommend ASM if you want someone who are great with communication.

They withold information and can't explain anything properly, you end up more confused. Constantly requesting documents that were already sent, when the search bar in your emails is so easy to use. Senior management does not provide any sort of senior assistance. All we got was arrogance. Have a look at their reviews too. It's 95% Filipinos. In this industry that is suspicious. Luckily we have successfully immigrated to the UK with the most professional of services. So if you are okay with substandard service, an arrogant "Director" who has the time to be snarky with clients. This is the service. Please consider the pattern of their reviews.

Ridiculously poor service. Agent video called me while she was in bed, looked like she didn't even wash her face. They'll request documents you've sent over and over. Director of the company has extremely poor people's skills and a dodgy attitude. Use their service if you want a horrible experience. Nevertheless there are plenty of good immigration agencies out there and I am now living my dream. No Thanks to ASsM.

Unfortunately this team of people are not customer focused, really sad considering the amount of money they ask for their service and then don’t provide appropriate answers to questions. My question of what happened if the visa is not approved or declined was left dangling in the wind. Question regarding Australian citizen as clients defacto partner and also about the timeline from application to outcome. Visa applications are not light decisions or impulsive moves people spend a lot of time and effort when it comes to considering to spend large amounts of money for a company to do something on their behalf. Really glad I will not be perusing this service I couldn’t imagine what it would be like trying to communicate!

Richard was amazing throughout our visa application process - went through our options with us, explained every part of the process clearly, was always quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Get a call in relation to a job I applied for. In the process turns out my employer decided to transfer me to elsewhere in the company to keep me on. After explaining this the lady on the phone said congratulations very bluntly and decided to shut down the conversation and say bye. After being absolutely disgusted in her professionalism I tried to call back to make a complaint. But couldn't get through.how do people like this have jobs is beyond me. Absolute rubbish attitude
