I bought heaps from this place. Some of them were brand new too. Definitely recommend this thrift store as they have a huge range of designer stuff.

Been into the shop before and the staff are awesome and helpful. Brought clothes that was pretty good and cheap. Will come for there again!

Not a bad op shop and some nice items. But a fake fur coat shouldn’t cost the same as a new one especially when you receive it as a donation

This is one of the smaller Red Cross stores, they don’t make diamonds as big as bricks and this is certainly a diamond it’s very clean there is no musty smell the clothes are clean and there’s a huge selection of sunglasses books scarves clothes. I potter around there quite often and often come away with exactly what I want. Plus they’re always looking out for volunteers so if you have some spare time drop in and say hello.

Ridiculously overpriced for what it stocks.
I just found a 90s Valentino mint condition blouse for $7 at another op shop today, and this one is asking $35 for a no name, falling to pieces, synthetic shirt. No.

I think it’s trying to make itself a “vintage shop” instead of an op shop.
The bags mostly over 75$. And jeans mostly over 15$. I don’t think you should make that high price from the donated items.the shop suppose to help poor people shopping. Instead of making itself high price classic.
Least price friendly then salvos south Melbourne.

Extremely expensive compared to other op shops in the area. ($65 for a dress that isn't even new is a bit much)

This shop has the best stock out of all the opportunity shops I have been to. Doesn't look like one either. So clean and well presented. Some stock is actually brand new and bought by the Red Cross and definitely cannot be compared to Sacred Heart or Salvos. The staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful. I always had amazing experience and will always shop with them.

Very poor customer service! The volunteers or staff here are always talking on each other at the counter they are using their cellphones & will never bother to help or assist you. I’ve been here few times & still the same! Very Poor Customer Service! Especially the young asian staffs/volunteer they are so inconsiderate to their customers, they dont even bother to ask if you need any help, What a shame this red cross never bother training their staff/volunteers even just the simple ways how to deal with customers. Worst Customer Service!

Nice clothes however all of the red cross stores I've been in have been ridiculously over priced for an op shop. I avoid at all costs now and go to the Salvos or sacred heart mission which is a shame because I support the values of the red cross more.

Completely overpriced for a charity shop. They seem to have a range of new, last season clothes though. There are much cheaper charity shops in Melbourne that have similar items at 1/3 of the price.
