6 I usually enjoy coming here but the lady I was served by today needs a serious attitude adjustment immediately.
People who thrift are typically the most vulnerable people in our society, I shouldn't have to dress how people expect me to or show my hcc to be treated like a person.
I dress nice because I thrift a few nice pieces and I'm treated like garbage and on the days I dress down I'm still treated like garbage. This is the only op shop I dislike and rarely make a visit to.
Absolutely rude staff. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience of customer service here and they are
absolutely disrespectful and judgemental of people of color! I have been sales assistant myself for the past 9 years and never treated or being treated like this in any shop in Australia. You should be sorry for your staff!
