Fantastic place to go if you looking to buy piano. Customer service is good in a way they are not bugging you every 5 minutes. Large space. Plenty of options from $500 keyboards to $250k grand piano! You can ask the staff for their opinion and demos comparing between various brand and types of pianos. We were there looking at a stage keyboard but end up with Kawai flagship digital piano. Went there twice as we need to be sure. Greg was welcoming, advise and demo the piano professionally.highly recommended. Will come back for the Bosendorfer one day!

We bought a grand piano Yamaha C3X in June, Eric Kuang is the sale person assisting us, he works in the branch of Blackburn. He’s very helpful, thorough, professional and knowledgeable to all different type of grand piano, with his detailed explanation about C3X, eventually we made the decision to purchase! Very happy with our selection. The staff were exceptional in demonstrating the range of first and second hand pianos (upright, grande, electric). Delivery, tuning, piano stool and warranty were arranged very conveniently for us, and payment is straightforward.

The pianos are high quality and the staff showed us elements that account for value differences.

Shop has lots of products and nicely laid out. Would have been a higher rating but I didn't like the fact the 2 staff members where sat at desks, staring at their computers the whole time I was in there. I had a question to ask but felt I would have been disturbing them if I went up to them. Didn't even get a goodbye when I left. Hopefully just a one off because the store looked great.

Amazing customer support by James. I ordered digital piano on Sunday afternoon for it to be delivered to Northern Victoria (~220km from Melbourne). I just had to send the screenshot of payment transferred to APW Bank account and James did the rest.
I got the Piano delivered on Wednesday early morning. The packing was so good and courier (startrack) guy was very professional. If anyone wants to buy Piano/Keyboard who live far from city and want it to be delivered smoothly to your doorstep, Australian Piano Warehouse Blackburn is the right place.

I have recently purchased a grand piano from the Australian Piano Warehouse. I was looked after by Eric who welcomed me and my family with a big smile when we came into the shop. Our son is currently ameb 8 and is ready to upgrade to a grand. Eric showed us around and pinpointed the Yamaha C3X was the most suitable for him.there was no stock at the time so i put an order for it. Eric constantly kept me updated on the ETA. Once arrived he sent me pictures.he organised the best tuner to set up the piano for me aswell.the delivery went very well and we are very happy with the grand piano and the service he has provided.

Love the service in this Piano center！ I visited one Kawai store in east suburb and was told only Kawai is the best. After a few visits to different piano stores, I choose Yamaha. Not just because Eric is a legend seller who gave the best advise and excellent support in choosing the right piano for my family, but also this store has so many things to choose.
