After worked with several other agencies, this is one of most professional and honest one. What makes a company is the staff, Katrina and Kate are two unique employees in which they are the first in many weeks who made me feel human, too often do agencies make you feel like just another number or that finding you work isn't really that important to them, I've found my experience with aps to be different and it's because of the two beautiful humans that represent that company! If you want good service and a friendly voice I couldn't recommend APS any higher!

Katrina from the Mulgrave branch helped me out a lot with finding jobs while I studied nights, from when I signed up til I resigned she was always there.
APS was the first agency I’ve ever worked for and will come back if I lose my job LOL

Very poor service i got 1 hour and half to do all document rushing me i been there 1: 30 PM and out from there at 3: 30 PM i got the wrong person with me on that time please do not try to talk to Katrina: (she seating there looking at her watch So bad

If you go with this agency, ask to not speak to Katrina, this lady is so dodgy/unreliable, from.getting a job to it being cancelled 2 hours later, to not returning phone calls, it would be in your best interest to call another aps branch as the mulgrave branch are really difficult to deal with.

Started with APS November last year and they have looked after me on a professional level. The staff do everything they can to keep me employed and whenever I had problems or needed sometime they are very understanding and lenient. The staff are very professional and yet down to earth.

The staff are always helpful and go above and beyond to meet my job seeking needs. 5 stars goes to Katrina for persisting with my specific job requirements and finding me the job I was looking for. A big thanks to all the team the communication and organisation is amazing. Thanks again for all the support!

Not very helpful at all. Dropped in my resume and I was told that we will be in contact, I then ring them a week later to find out they have lost it so I drop off another one and still no phone call aweek later. I then ring them to find out they haven’t had time to read it and there is no work available.

Worst agency. I applied for a specific job and went in for a interview after filling all the required documents after 1 1/2 hours I had to ask about the specific job i applied for and told me that has been taken. What a waste a waste of time that was. They could at least tell me straight up that the job was taken and wouldn't waste my time. Be honest and up front you'll be respected in that way

I have worked for APS on and off for the last 5 + years. I have found the staff always helpful and friendly. Big thank you, goes Katrina and Jacinta for the way they have looked after me with work on my availability. Looking forward to continuing our great working relationship.
