Yes they have a good range of stock, which but in terms of customer service there is only one bloke who doesn’t act like he knows everything, respects the customer and actually wants to help you.

Very happy with advice & attention from sales rep Michael. We obtained a great light but strong mower suitable for older person with arthritis & mobility issues. Impressed by his helpfulness and attitude.

Some months back I bought a whiper snipper from them and returned it the day after and after and after because I couldn't even start it. I was accused of water in the fuel while it was the fuel they filled up and I could not even start the snipper, Every time I brought it back the arrogant employee did some ADUSTMENT and says all good. I asked him for a replacement unit he refused, I asked him to return the unit and get my money and he refused.
Finally my son who originally recommended them to me and spent thousands of dollars in that joint took the unit to another Stihl shop and in no time they replaced the carburtor under warranty and since then the unit works perfectly, why couldn't these people do the same and keep a customer happy and claim the faulty part from their main office under warranty? Really for $220? They could not be bothered, I won't shop from them and do not recommend these people. Very disappointing firm.

Just had my lawnmower serviced here. Pleasant, efficient and prompt. Have no hesitation recommending this local retailer. Bought our lawnmower there too and have never regretted it.

I have previously bought a Toro ride on from them and the service was and continues to be great. As a baby boomer and petrol head I needed a new lawnmower push type. I went there with all I intentions to buy a petrol mower. Spoke to Adam and Keith and ended buying a Sthil battery mower. A bit sceptical at first but let me tell you. The best thing I ever bought. There product knowledge and professionalism was great. Can't thank them enough.

All prices are competitive on their new equipment, spare parts prices are great I have compared from overseas suppliers & they have always had a better price.

Just want to thank Paul, Adam and the Fellas at Australian Mower Supply. They got me out of a situation which I am truly grateful. Their willingness and commitment demonstrated to me the true meaning of old fashioned Customer Service. I’m positive this was not a one off. I don’t live that close but when I’m back in the market I will certainly be back to see them. Thanks again Guys.

I called up to see if they would offer me a trade discount on a top handled chainsaw that I use in the arboriculture industry. The fella on the phone said he would look after me and be able to sort something out, he avoided giving any indication of numbers and informed me to come in and have a chat after I pressed him to compare against another business that I knew was offering a similar deal. After driving out of my way to investigate, the guy that served me stated that they weren't able to offer a discount as they were a 'retail store not a wholesaler' and wasn't interested at all about hearing what the other guy had told me.
Left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. The trade discount isnt much at all, but I wasn't going to be giving my business to whoever that slippery tongued fella was, who coerced me into 'coming around for a chat'.

I walked up the road spent 10 minutes and ended up buying a Masport President 3000 series lawnmower. Paul's sales approach, customer service and knowledge was excellent.
Also at AMS all mowers are pre assembled, fuel and ready to use. No boxes or self assembly.
I highly recommend this business and if the need arises for my garden care needs I will go directly to AMS. As you can see in the pic I had a lot of lawn to mow, and it cut through it like a hot knife in melted butter.

My husband went back as our Honda mower had issues that was 1 month out of warranty. Ian sales guy who has poor knowledge said it was out of warranty and told him go somewhere else. Know your consumer rights. ACCC & VCAT. Australian rights.

They don't look after contractors.
There Happy to sell tools but long wait times for repairs.
Will tell you a rubbish products are what all the contractors use and then won't return money when item is returned.
I've spent thousands in this store, not $1 more.
Worst stihl shop I've ever been two.

We called at Australian Mower Supply. 100% Star for rude. My husband wanted a push battery lawn mower. 3 days delivery they had all our no contact was made Australian Mower supply you missed a sale over $1000

The absolute worst Stihl store would not recommend. Staff were rude, I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask and the sales guy refuses service absolutely appalling.oh well they lost a $16k sale

This is the worst mower shop I been to. The guy acts like he owes you something to even serve you. I ask if someone can have a look at my mower cos the rpm was low he said I gotta book it in and it will take 3 weeks till I get it back.
I took it down the road to another mower shop and they fixed it within minutes for free too.
Just thought I'd give my honest review so others won't waste there time with this place, better shoping elsewhere.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. After ringing ahead and speaking to Josh to outline my problem, he couldn’t have been more helpful about bringing my power broom in to have a look at on the spot However when I arrived at the store somebody else served me who said they don’t look at anything on the spot & it would be two weeks before they would be able to look at the power broom. From the moment I was served I was made to feel like I was being done a favor to even be served, an absolute waste of my time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
