I have been attending AMBB for management of an acute ligament tear injury to my ankle in January. Thanks to the expertise and skill of Myotherapist Justin Bromley my injury was identified, referral for the necessary tests was completed and early intervention resulted in successful rehabilitation and recovery. The team at AMBB adopt a multidisciplinary approach and work together towards holistic client care. Justin liaised with the Osteopath and physiotherapist throughout my personalised rehabilitation care plan for which I am so grateful. Helping me to maintain a healthy mind, body connection myself to restore my confidence while building and regaining my physical strength and self discipline to complete my daily exercise program via phone app. Thank you from my heart to yours, the team at AMBB including the helpful and friendly reception staff Sue and Mark.

Lisa does magic! I have tried to get my sore neck sorted but no results until I saw Lisa. The booking process is easy, Lisa is professional and effective. Now I can sleep without neck pain!

I have had two home visits from Shona Reidy the in house lactation consultant. She was so lovely and easy to connect with, she asked me about our birth story to get a full picture of our experience so far and it was really nice to feel listened to and for Shona to get a good understanding of where both myself and bubs were at. She helped us work on our latch technique and gave me confidence that everything we were experiencing so far was very normal and that we were doing a great job. Shona followed up both consults with an email recap of each session and also checked in a week after each visit. I would highly recommend Shona if you need assistance from a friendly, warm, caring lactation consultant.

The massage would have been more enjoyable if there was no noise from the Reception desk, with people coming in and talking loudly at reception. I found this particularly disturbing during my massage, with the treatment room located right beside the reception office.
Also the time wasted “selecting an oil” which isn’t necessary. Any oil would be satisfactory and i would much prefer that time spent on my actual massage. The actual massage was certainly much less than an hour as arranged at times of booking.
This was disappointing.

Fantastic natural therapies practice with fantastic, professional practitioners.
They have many different specialists. I see Karah for Naturopathy & either Amelia, Lisa or Rachel for Massage Therapy. All have helped me greatly! Highly recommend this wonderful practice!

For approximately the last year, I have been attending AMBB for EP services with Jack. Jack has been very responsive to my needs and requests with the EP program. He actually listens to his client and tailors the program. I have confidence in his professional services. The only thing I would prefer is if he was available more days of the week as it would be easier to book him in for a session. He's a busy boy!

Couldn’t rave about AMBB more. Fantastic Osteos with a wealth of knowledge. Have enjoyed many Pilates classes pre and post birth. Friendly staff who make you feel at home.

Tash has made a huge difference to me. I have an on going back problem
which she has treated for over a year now with great success.
Pilates is also part of my program which I love.

AMBB have been fundamental to our family’s health for a number of years. From supporting me through pregnancy, supporting my husband to run ultra- marathons to assisting my babies with reflux and helping them grow to the healthy young boys they are. I can’t thank Tash and her team enough.
