I wrote a one star review yesterday in regards to a refund and having no communication with Australian Merchandise for nearly 2 weeks. They emailed me to advise they have had both phone and internet issues and hugely apologised for the inconvenience and have processed a refund immediately. Thanks Ari and Ash for the reply and action. We really appreciate it.

If you are doing a small order, this business is not good. In Dec 2020 they assured me they could help me. In Jan 2021, when I dropped off the things, they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. In Aug 2022, after multiple times of no responses and being assured it would just be a couple more months, I had them post my things back. They cannot be trusted to do what they say they will.

The team at AMC (Australian Merch Co) are by far the best local Australian screen printing and embroidering company we have ever used.
