3I spent 2 hours in the morning just for chasing up a claim. They sent us wrong order, broken items but we have to do everything and being mucking around to make a claim. It's a shame that being a such big company, they provide such poor service. I will support indepandant suppliers more!
Rude customer service, sends damaged goods on multiple occasions and force changes order to send wrong items on too many occasions. Would recommend if it was your last resort.
Do not expect customer service from this mob. I've actually been put on notice by their Warehouse manager because one of their staff accepted our order 2 minutes after cut off. Pallets often stacked with items split across multiple pallets, boxes sometimes damaged, reducing them to shelf stock.
Customer service refers you back to your banner manager, rather than assist you directly. If they make a mistake, you suck it up, but if you make a mistake, expect substantial fees.
With a wealth of wholesalers avaiable, it might pay for non-banner / independants to shop around for a better customer oriented suppliers.
