Great lighting place, has a small variety of lighting, not a large store but enough stock/variety. Staff were great, not tagging behind you push for a sale, staff member was very helpful and polite.

I was looking for and that's if they exist socket adapter's to change from bayonet to Edison so I could try the Philips hue that I got somewhat cheaper from Amazon. Up to then I couldn't find them so I was walking past the store when I thought got nothing to lose. So suddenly I find my self looking at LED security lights and my favourite but for some reason even if they tell everyone how cheap it is to have LED lights they don't emit heat and all the good stuff it does for our pockets to the environment they are so expensive. Being Lucy enough that I was the only customer I asked her what I was looking for and she was extremely helpful and then I asked her if they sell the RGB LED coloured strips and pointed to their direction. The only one they had was a 10 metre for $160 which works out $16 a metre. That's cheaper than everywhere else I've seen, except if I'm looking at the wrong places. In the end I got what I was looking for found a place that sells LEDs stripes cheaper and the service I got was fantastic

I had intended to buy a couple of lamps I liked online but couldn't decide on shade colour, so I drove to the Cheltenham store. Was pretty disappointed to find they did not have them. However, customer service is obviously important to them as they asked if I could wait a short time while they sourced them for me. I did and left the store happy with my purchases and very impressed with the service. Will return here for any future lighting needs.

Visited the store today to get advice on some out door garden lighting, the staff were amazing with lots of advice and knowledge of different product that was suitable for my project.

Just purchased 2 led bulbs at $20 a bulb told it was discounted but rang suppliers and other re sellers to find I was paying well over the odds. Thanks but not again

What an amazing and vast selection they have on display! We were politely asked if we needed help or had questions by 2 different associates as we wandered the store. Purchased 2 lights for a great price. Would definitely recommend this store!
