Great, friendly service and lovely clean clinic. My daughter and I have been seeing Shelby for our IPL and she’s fantastic. We’ve been to other IPL clinics and the service has been atrocious. Shelby is so thorough and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Amir is an absolute perfectionist and and his team are always friendly and efficient. Haven’t gone anywhere else despite moving from the area many years ago.

The environment is immediately welcoming and Shelby was an absolute delight as well as being knowledgeable and administering the treatment carefully and professionally. I will be back for sure.

Girls working there were courteous, helpful and very knowledgable when giving advice on other services and recommendations for my specific skin type.

I had such an amazing experience with the girls today! Shelby is amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience and product knowledge and accomodating to lifestyle and skin needs. Chantelle was also incredible so professional and kind and I am obsessed with my lips and will be coming back again and again thanks girls!

Laser for Redness.
Initially nervous about my treatment, Chantelle immediately eased my mind. She explained each step of the process which made me feel educated and informed about my laser therapy. Aftercare was also well explained to me. Chantelle was prompt and friendly. I am already seeing wonderful results after just 1 session. Looking forward to my upcoming sessions.

Got a LHR package separately after I found out the gift card didn’t work online and had my first session with Celeste last week. She’s great so far. Hopefully, the result will be like what they’ve promised/guaranteed. Will update this review upon completion (10 sessions)

Over several years I have had a few anti-wrinkle injections at Australian Laser and Skin clinic. Dr Amir is always professional and explains the procedure well.
The last was a very minor one and to my surprise he was free in between appointments when I walked in purely to enquire about booking it some time in the future. He offered to do it on the spot and less than 5 minutes later I walk out). Discomfort was minor (as it is with skin injections) and now, 4 days later I can see the results starting to kick in - a discrete but noticeable improvement.

I have been coming to this clinic for my own skin and cosmetic treatments for a while now, I would not go anywhere else! I have always been extremely happy with my results and have/would recommend to everyone. All the staff from receptionists, beauty therapists, nurses and doctors are absolutely lovely and have such a warm and welcoming vibe.
I have also done some injectables training with Dr Masoudi and cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge and skills in the cosmetic field. His eye for detail, professionalism and passion for client satisfaction is immaculate. Honestly all round would not recommend anywhere else to go!
