Mako was so incredibly patient with an extremely stubborn wart removal on my heal that she persistently and unrelenting treated until it was GONE! Believe it - Mako honoured her commitment to see the thing gone and she did it. So happy with the outcome.

Amazing results and service. I have had the Cosmelan treatment for my pigmentation and I am over the moon with the results in such a short time.
It has been one month and there is virtually no sign of the brown marks on my face which had been annoying me for the last 15 or so years.
So glad that I took the step to do something about it.
The number of positive comments I am receiving daily from everyone is flattering and the procedure has wiped off at least 5-6 years from my face.

I have now had three sessions at the Mornington Australia Laser and skin clinics and they are absolutely fabulous!
All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have had Natasha treat me all three times and it is wonderful and fun catching up each time to see how we are both going in between treatments!:)
Won't be going elsewhere anytime soon!

5 star review. Staff are extremely friendly and professional from the moment you walk in the door. Amazing results, with full after care treatment advise. Highly recommend to anyone considering booking a treatment or even a consultation. All procedures and pricing are explained in full so you are well informed about the whole process.

Came by to have a chat and left with a huge smile. Staff recommended options to reduce signs of aging on my face and showed me what's involved. I bought some products and so far all good! They even wrote down instructions on using them which silly as it sounds really helped. Felt good to get some decent advice and I think I've got a way forward with my treatments. Stoked, thanks girls! See you soon.

BREAKDOWN: you have to pay upfront in a big total of all the sessions you want to get done and they send you a text message reminding you of the appointment you have upcoming (1 week before the appointment, NOT 72 hours before) and if you reply YES but have last minute changes, they will give you a “warning” that next time you make cancellations before 72 hours of the appointment they will charge you for the session. Which is really ridiculous, anything could happen for people to not be able to show up and personally I feel very uncomfortable explaining that I had to either go to the clinic or had an emergency to attend to so they can be the judge of whether it’s okay to prioritise those things over a laser hair removal appointment. Their answer, “we are very busy” well mate so is everyone, nobody is sitting doing nothing and can still afford to pay you thousands for your packages. I understand that the time slot could be given to someone else but if your company is so heavily reliant on my appointment to show up (even after I have paid for all the sessions in advance) then you got bigger problems. So, I feel like it’s entrapment because not only should you pay for the whole thing, you should prioritise their time over yours. I have appointments with other places that ask for early bookings and still take payments after every session (not a package payment) and they don’t “PUNISH” you for not showing up. Never renewing my packages with them. I have been told of places that do reschedule you without any issues considering anything could happen (which is so comforting to know). This place has made policies to make you feel like you’re paying consequences for having bigger things to deal with than an appointment with them, and if you’re not comfortable telling them why you couldn’t show up they will charge you. Their services are good, but I won’t be tieing my money up with them.

MY ADVICE: don’t make upfront full package payments because they can charge you for not showing up. Rather just make appointments and pay for every session whenever you are able to make it so you don’t lose your hard earned money.

UPDATE: The owner replied saying they waivered my appointment 4 times which is why they had to charge me. Just to verify that is not one appointment that they had to waiver, that is 4 in total out of all the appointments I’ve ever had with them (over the period of more than a year). All 4 times I couldn’t get rescheduled until I explained why I couldn’t make it (which was very uncomfortable) because simply asking to be rescheduled (PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TIME) wasn’t justifiable for them. I couldn’t tell them why I couldn’t make it to my last appointment about two weeks ago and that is when they checked that they have rescheduled me 4 times in the past and therefore decided to charge me which is why I have given this review and decided to not renew my packages.

Mind you. I have been patient with them and renewed my packages once regardless of their attitude, but I have had enough.

Had laser hair removal with them for a while now and girls have always been friendly and gone out of their way to get me the appointments I needed, due to my shift work.
I've recently had some 'antiwrinkle' and am loving the results!
