Was treated by Beau and the customer service was amazing. Hair removal treatments were a complete success and felt comfortable throughout the experience. I will definitely return for more treatments and recommend anyone do the same. Lovely staff and clinic environment.

I walk past this clinic daily and having seen a special on their services I decided to make a time. This was a major step for me as I had previously been to a clinic (not a Australian Skin and Laser) and was severely burnt and left to my own devices to seek medical care, so twelve months on I got the nerve to book. The receptionist listened to my concerns about what happened and was wonderful in explaining what would be the best treatment for me and who I would be seeing for my consultation and further treatment.
I was booked to see Eva who was not only professional but caring and listened to all my concerns. She explained every thing about my laser procedure and I actually got a skin test (something the last clinic failed to do) once that was cleared I went ahead with my first treatment. It was not painful and Eva restored my faith in laser procedures. I have had excellent results but not only that, the staff and of course Eva were amazing. Would highly recommend Australian Skin and Laser in Ivanhoe.

Beyond disappointed with the outcome of the fillers and anti wrinkle treatment and with management. I was told that because I did not have my two week review in time (I couldn't get there until three weeks because of work and a lot of appointments were taken) and because I signed the consent form that there was nothing that could be done for me. I have had fillers and anti wrinkle treatment at another clinic and both had worked for me, I will admit that the first round of lip fillers at the previous place did not work as well but they gave me a second mL free of charge which worked fantastically. The only reason I picked this clinic was because I had moved house and this was closer to me than my previous one. The manager did not make time to contact me personally and provide me with a solution, instead she decided to palm me off and nit pick about me not getting a review in two weeks and saying to her employee that provided the filler and anti wrinkle treatment that "she signed the consent form there is nothing we can do for her. " No care for the customer has been given whatsoever, I thought this clinic would want pride themselves on happy customers and providing a good service but I can only think that once they get your money there is no aftercare. I also feel that the quality of their product may not be as good as this exact treatment has worked for me elsewhere and not here. Genuinely can't believe that no attempt has been made to rectify this or even a call from the manager herself to speak to me and also ensure a good outcome. I can understand if one product did not work, but for both the fillers AND anti wrinkle not to work seems suspicious to me. I have never in my life written a complaint but I feel so strongly about this I wanted to warn anyone else considering this clinic.

I have had excellent experiences every time I have had treatments. My personal experience with other clinics have been fairly average but the friendliness and welcoming hospitality when I walked in the doors was so lovely. I didn’t feel judged or nervous. My nurse was beautiful, she really understood what I wanted from my treatment and told me what was achievable. Highly recommend these lovely girls. Xxx

Had the multi layer facial micro peel - Amazing! Can't wait to go back. Really welcoming staff, friendly & most importantly they take the time to explain every aspect of their treatments & products.

My appointment was forfeited for running 5min late, however timing wasn't a problem when I was kept waiting 20min while they tried to fix the machine. I was so disappointed I didn't even finish my treatments. Talk about double standards.

L have only begun my laser hair removal treatments with Australian Laser and Skin Clinic in Ivanhoe. What can l say, the reception staff and therapists are an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. I was reassuringly inspired by the level of professional prudence and personal attentiveness.l can genuinely affirm my excellent experience as the reception and therapists were extremely professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, informative and accommodating.l myself have been working in the medical profession for over twenty years, and therefore recognize all the pertinent attributes required to be able to offer an exceptional service across the entire spectrum. Australian Laser and Skin Clinic in Ivanhoe has achieved this!
