I go to Aust Laser Clinic every 8 weeks for my skin needling treatment with Kelli.
I absolutely love how professional she is and how detailed she is taking me through the process of the treatment every time. My skin has become so much better from this treatment. I highly recommend this clinic, the staff are friendly, inviting and the clinic is so clean.

all the staff are always lovely and attentive upon entering the clinic and kellie our therapist today is very professional but also very easy to talk to and because of her lovely nature, she takes the time to explain things to our Lauren who has special needs so this puts Lauren at ease considering how intimate some of the procedures are.we have been coming for years and i have honestly never had a bad experience at williamstown clinic

Kellie is amazing. I have seen her for years.
She is always informative, knows what is best and provides the right advice for treatments that best suit me. I trust her inherently. I can't speak more highly of her.

Don’t waste your time getting cryotherapy from them as they require a clearance from a GP. And have visited multiple GPs who refused to give clearance for procedures done by cosmetic clinics. Such a waste of time.

I cannot speak highly enough of the ladies at Australian Laser in Williamstown and the services they provide.
I have had 3 different services here and have had amazing results for all of them. Special shout out to my lady Laura who is full of passion for what she does and has listened to my concerns and has helped me feel confident in my skin. She is an amazing therapist who genuinely cares and wants to make you feel/look fabulous!

Everyone at the Williamstown clinic is fantastic. Friendly offering professional, well considered advice and exceptionally caring - all the staff want to see the best outcome for your skin. I get psoriasis and some treatments (like Cosmelan) aren't suitable. I was so disappointed I couldn't have it, but Lauren was fantastic. She came up with an alternative regiment (a combination of needling and laser and pigment inhibiting creams) and while it will take longer, she's confident I will see the same result.already I'm starting to see the spots on my face lighten. So excited to see the end result. Thanks Lauren. I love the fact that you care, your positive attitude and your singing during sessions!: D

I would highly recommend Australian Laser Clinic Williamstown. This is my first laser clinic experience and I will be back! The friendly team calmed my nerves with their professionalism. It was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be! Much less painful than waxing too. Book your appointment now, what do you have to lose, apart from hair?

I’ve been doing laser treatment for years at other clinics and even though I’ve only had one treatment so far at Australian Laser & Skin Clinics - Williamstown, I can already see the difference.
After my treatment, my skin became a bit irritated and inflammed so I popped in to check it out with the guys at the clinic, they were really friendly and reassured me that it was all a normal reaction to the treatment, which was true.

I have been to a few different laser clinics, however Australian Laser & Skin Clinics Williamstown is by far the best results I have had. The staff are very thorough and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Professional and friendly staff. Been going to this clinic since it opened and couldn’t recommend it more. Have had various treatments and have been ecstatic with the results of all of them! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone that is wanting the best treatments from staff that are fully trained and qualified, which give the upmost care to ensure you get the results you want!

0 stars. My partner was consulted over facetime. Told to come in for treatment. Arrived on time. Had an 45 minute consultation with the nurse. Then was prepped for the procedure. Nurse left the room. 10 mins later walked back in and told us she wasn't able to do the procedure. No real explanation why. Wasted 2 hours. Partner really upset. Never go near them again.

Absolutely love Kellie and the team at Williamstown. They have always been extremely professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for better results with my laser hair removal and facial treatments
