I book an appointment for weeks for a very important event. I got all their confirmations and the day before I got cancelled. No explanation. The nurse went on holiday and I had to book with their oakleigh clinic and then I got cancelled again. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Not professional how they manage my case and didn’t even reply to my emails. Worse experience ever

I’ve been going to Brigitte for laser hair removal for a while now. She always ensures I have a pain free, comfortable experience - and a good laugh while I’m there!
I’ve had both fillers and anti-wrinkle with Seamus. Again, always pain free! I’ve never had so many compliments on my lips since after my filler with him, and I am so happy with all the results.

This was my first ever laser appointment, had done lots of research and was happy with the reviews provided for the Brighton Australian Laser & Skin clinic, so booked an appointment. Definitely didn't expect to be so impressed by the service and care, and just general connection and enjoyment of the procedure which was with Brigitte. She made me feel comfortable, talked through everything and how it works - but then it was like just hanging out with a great friend! Left feeling wonderful, and look forward to my next appointment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends and family, in fact already have.

I've had photo rejuvenation and skin needling done with the beautiful Brigitte. I didn't believe I would get the amazing results achieved already, I actually didn't think it would be possible to repair the damage without serious intervention. Brigitte was honest, practical and very professional, and recommended and performed treatments that have given me the best skin of my life (well probably since pre-puberty!)
