Very grateful for all the wonderful care and support they provide to our daughter, and to us too. The wonderful team at AICS also provide us with updates everyday, and care for our daughter like she is part of their family.

A great team of people who are passionate about the cause they work for. The owners put their heart in running the organisation. Not only they look after the participants, but give opportunities to the carers to go out and relax by organising various cultural events and activities. Highly recommend!

AICS has done wonders for people with disability and their family. AICS has very caring, passionate and friendly team. They not only support people with needs but the owners are very compassionate as they have child with special needs and hence are extremely caring and understanding. They are involved in Multicultural events and help community at large. I am promotor of events which provides entertainment and on all occasions the AICS team are there as community support. AICS is amazing place to work at. Shalini and Rohit are best person i have ever meet. They are best at their work and always their to help everyone and they always stay calm which i love. In 2 year period i have never seen Shalini using high pitch to talk to anyone. Highly recommend these services.

I am working as one of team member at AICS, it was such lovely organisation being a part of this I learned alot of things in my life, new experiences with new clients and they provide absolutely wonderful services and go beyond their limits to cope up with everyone's needs and such a lovely team, supportive always up for help not only they provide services to their clients but take care of the whole team very well, organized, punctual and lot of support system. It's really great to be the part of it and serve the community. Highly recommend their services and will be satisfied by the work and services they provide through their team.

Very grateful to the team that look after my husband. Its been an emotional roller-coaster the past 9 months. Having Ashrita and Rochelle as support, has given me a break from being a fulltime carer, enabling me to resume working part-time. Thankyou to Shalini for guidance and support in organising workers and administrative duties. It has taken the pressure off me.

But did apologize to me the next day. I accept apologies, but this is duty of care. But thank you for other boss was helpful & make sure I'm home safety.

Make sure its not happen again. Always leave phone on no matter what, eg, any accident or whatever it is. It's so important to get support & answer the phone.

AICS has taught me so many new skills which I am not only able to apply to my work life, but also my personal life!
