Zahra was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and experienced and gave us plenty of real life tips. She went went above and beyond and made sure we did the right techniques while we were practising. She gave us additional information and introduced us to CellAED and gives us an additional option to have at home. Overall, highly recommend her and I hope I get her again next tine.

Please disregard my previous review. I was confused about my delivery date and Craig the manager sorted it out. He is amazing, so friendly, excellent customer service. I did my cpr upgrade through LivCor this morning, their trainer was a previous nurse and was fantastic. The equipment was a good standard and was able to talk to them about purchasing equipment. Very happy with them.

Enjoyed my online and in person First Aid course. Easy to book, place was easy to find, good onsite parking and trainer was great.

Sent products to the wrong address and has failed numerous times to respond to communication seeking an appropriate resolution to their mistake.
Feeling as if messages are being ignored and won’t accept responsibility for their fault.

Staff immediately followed up on the issue at hand shortly after this. The staff member at fault has left since the issue occurred, and the current team members offered a quick and effective solution to resolve the outstanding issues in an effort to move forward. They also advised had they been aware of the issues in the first instance that they would have taken steps to resolve. Thank you for your assistance and quick resolve.

I have done First Aid Training with a number of different companies over the years through work, but always go back to Australian First Aid as I have found their training, thorough, fun and practical and always current. The trainers are knowledgeable and have a wealth of practical knowledge and hands on professional experience.

I just completed my first aid course and am very impressed with this organisation. Debbie is great, Josh is awesome and Mike is a great trainer. I want to come back to do more courses there. Thanks and keep up the great work.
