6Australian Education Academy Pty Ltd (AEA) had its CRICOS registration cancelled by the Australian Skills Quality Authority, effective 12 February 2020. I tried many times to contact this Institution. No reply no response! I never seen a institution like this.
Please be aware guys, Please don't trust this institute as i used to be the student of it.they are now permanently sealed by Department of education because of very poor managemant. The staff specially account department is dodgy. I paid my extra tuition fees for Certificate 4 and this college ceased, when i applied for refund, they are now not answering me. I haven't received my refund yet! Which is ridiculous and annoying too. They are very unreliable.they are just trapping innocent students for money. Bloody money bagger.
Could you please reply to my email? You have sent the credit for the unit that I haven’t done. I have emailed the units. Could you please send the correct credit in electronic format as well as posting at my address? I have emailed thrice and nobody got back to me. Student support services don’t have the time to reply to the emails. The websites for chat don’t have the time to reply as well. If it takes longer than a week, I will be left with no other option than going through ombudsmen. It’s not fair that I am applying for credit and no one is answering my request.
Mohd shahabuddin has been a very good teacher with a vast knowledge to impart to the students
This is by far the worst school I have been to. I did cert 3 hair (Kensington campus and springvale). For the first 4 months we only had a teacher from 9am-1pm on Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday our admin was supposed to teach us. Obviously she was too busy and we essentially had no teacher.
John came to teach us. He was amazing but we were all behind so far behind it was hard. They ended up halting lessons for a stupid hair show. I was fine participating but not at the cost of my education.
September that year I got admitted to hospital with the flu. Weird timing but I had to take 6 weeks off. I notified them instantly as I was in hospital. They said that was fine. They tried to threaten to charge me $1000 a month as I was behind on work.
I left as I found that completely unreasonable.
Dinish and John were the only good things about that school.
