I had a great experience at the practice! I needed an unexpected filling and was taken immediately. Ken was very kind and made me feel very at ease.

Dr Annie has been looking after my inversalign treatment for 2 years. She’s a perfectionist and is very patient. She keeps going until she’s satisfied with the outcome. She also gives me thorough guidance on my implants and the timing, and liaised with the periodontist on the implant treatments. I feel so safe being looked after by Dr Annie.

I recently visited Dr. Ken for dental care, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The clinic's atmosphere was calming, and Dr. Ken's expertise and professionalism stood out. The thorough explanation of the procedures and friendly approach made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Ken for top-notch dental care.

The environment of the dental clinic here is very comfortable. The dentists and nurses are very professional. They will explain the questions to you in detail. I will always come to this dental clinic!

I have visited this dental clinic many times. I'm not a dental person, but I had an excellent experience with Dr. Zhe Kalisa Yu. She was friendly, listened attentively to my concerns, and provided me with clear and concise explanations of my options. I really appreciat her gentle treatment and very concerned over the patients comfort. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I will visit her again.

Feeling so good. Orthodontic treatment is not as painful as I thought.

The doctor is very good and patient. I'm very afraid of pain. I need to fill my teeth and make a crown. The whole process is not painful. The doctor did it carefully and I'm very satisfied.

The best dentist Dr. Annie Cao! She is very careful and patient, her plan for my orthodontic is perfect

The receptionist and dentist + dental assistant were all very nice on the day and informative, and the process was swift. However it is unclear to state on the website "It might also include investigative x-rays" with the $99 check up offer when an x-ray actually costs $90 extra.

The dentist also mentioned during the appointment that he would be happy to do two fillings for the front teeth for the cost of one but upon calling back, this was not the case anymore. Although I was happy to do the x-ray for extra cost during the appointment (thinking I would return to have my fillings done there) I now wish I didn't.

With all this in mind though as a new patient the check and clean offer is actually decent and well done by the dentists, just have to keep in mind possible extra costs.

My daughters have been looked after by Dr Cao for more than 6 years. She’s always been gentle and caring. Dental clinic in box hill is easy access and the place is very clean. Highly recommended!

Very nice dental Clinic. Suits me well as it opens on Saturdays too. The dentist was Kalina Yu. I would rate her very high. Before the job she would provide me all the explanations and made me comfortable with the process.
And the job was well done too!

But there is room for the receptionist to improve. Could be just a perception felt like bit cold and rude.
Anyway what matters is the Doctor.
