This organisation was responsible for organising Selective School entrance exams for Victorian year8 students this year.

The exam was a chaos due to lack of management skills of people working at the centre on the day. Given the winter time and bad weather, no considerations were made for the parents waiting to collect their children, even when the exam was delayed by 2hours+
Exams were held at school grounds so it was very much possible for them to keep some access to toilets and open a hall or classrooms for parents to wait.
This will certainly affect the kids performances in ther exams which is sad as these kids have really worked hard for almost a year to appear for this exam.

In 1995 in July - November, I was at ACER for a Comparative Study on education in the field of making exam questions.

Shocking customer service from reception and sales. So rude and unhelpful. 2.5 star reviews says it all.

Edit: was not allowed to wear disability related items or my reading glasses to do test. Wildly discriminatory

Unable to contact these dbags when their outsourced testing breaks down and they can’t answer any questions.
And disability accommodations, pfft

This organisation knows nothing about accountability. Their treatment of people amounts to "so, what you're gonna do about it? ".
Obviously, they've got a level of monopoly & do not need to worry about how they're being perceived.
Asking for help through email is a disaster. Receptionist lacks any knowledge and will only tell you to send an email.
Their policies are not compatible with the consumer law in VIC and only me pointing them the illegality of their actions, promising them a meeting at VCAT, suddenly got my issue solved without a delay.

Bullying by exam invigilator. Affected my exam performance. Complaint not taken seriously.
