At the time I went, there was a waiting list of two and the service was fantastic.

The lady that took my sample was very reassuring, very relaxing and was great to talk with. I didn’t realise that she had finished. Great job

I had a really bad experience last time. The lady who got my blood was very careless. She jabbed the cannula very badly with speed which caused my fingers to numb. I never had such pain in my lifetime. I am not a person who is scared of blood and getting blood is pretty normal for me. But this hurts me a lot and it’s been two days now but my finger is still numb. Now I have to see a doctor to get medical advice for this.

Clinical Labs enter results direct to My EHealth record (as all medical providers should) this is a big factor to differentiate amongst diagnostic labs - for me.

I have had nothing but good experiences here, and I go back tomorrow for my next series of tests.

I find it somewhat irritating that a "reviewer" gives a poor rating with no explanation as to what was/were the reasons.
