No wait for tests and the clinition was lovely. I have a fear of needles and difficult veins but it was very quick and I didn't feel a thing!

The staff at the Newcomb clinical Labs are lovely, I have terrible veins but they always get it first time around.

The staff are friendly, caring & courteous& treat you as a person & not just a number.

Waited time was less than 2 minutes and the nurse who administered the needle was gentle and professional.

1 staff member is so rude but the others are generally lovely. But not enough staff it's always such a long wait to get seen

Been dozens of times. Mostly in the afternoons on my way home from work, or a Saturday morning. The staff are always friendly. Yes sometimes you have to wait, but that life isn't it?

The older lady there is the rudest person I've ever come across in customer service. They should look at retiring her and putting on another friendly happy staff member. Worst experience I'll drive to ormond road from now on.

I had to go to pathology to get my daughter's
blood test and Thia went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and understood blowing bubbles and blowing up a glove balloon and my daughter hardly even felt the needle.
Evalin held her hand and was also very reassuring.
We need more nurses like this in our community.
I was expecting a very traumatic time. But walked out with a happy child. I will be recommending newcom pathology to anyone who asks.
