Excellent experience. Needed bloods done for upcoming surgery. Trish the nurse went above and beyond to ensure the result would be processed in time. Extremely polite and considerate. Will be the family's go to place for pathology from now on.
I've had to visit ACL Altona Gate a few times for blood tests and I typically tense up because I have difficult veins - but Nurse Trish is great! She's always super friendly, puts me at ease and always finds my veins first go and gently! The reception people in the medical centre are also friendly and helpful. In the future I will ask to be referred here as I find it much better than other pathology practices that I've been to.
